The reviews are true ! I walked in and no one even looked up. I had to go out of my way to hunt someone down, then when they do acknowledge you they have an attitude.

If I could give this Branch a zero j would. Branch manager’s facial expressions showed it all. Very cold and not nice at all. Horrible customer service. This branch needs to take notes from your River Oaks location.
