I am not a fan of this location. Every time I come in i am asked to take a seat for 15-20 mins just for the notary to tell me he is busy and that I should come back. Or offer me a second location that has a notary! Today was the third time. Either get a second notary or help the one they have manage his time. He can also be rude when speaking, at this point I don’t plan to visit this location! If you are looking for a notary do not come to this location!

Amazing team working in that bank! I am so grateful to Jodie Virani (Branch Banker) for kindness and understanding through my complicated process. Now I am sure: there are really great and mighty people in this world. Also thankful to Shah Ahmed for support and guidance. Overwhelmed and thankful!

Physically large branch, but very few employees. Even the simplest of transactions takes 30 minutes. HORRIBLE.

This branch will waste your time and money. There is one notary who refuses to do notarizations at this location. Being a long time bank customer will not help. I have had the same documents notarized 3 times before at PNC. Including this location by the younger notaries. If I see her when I come in I know she will automatically say no to notarize anything and blame it on bank policy. It has happened two times. I typically just go to another Pnc but this time she wasted my time. As I handed her the documents she already had a non approval on her face. Beware before going here as a customer. She is notary on the lookout to NOT notarize your documents. No matter what they might be. If you see her, best to go elsewhere or at least to another PNC.

The manager at this location is truly a rude unrespectful guy, the amount of money in your bank account will decide whether he will talk to you. Please go to some other banks but not this one. The manager judges you based on the amount of money you have on you bank account. I pity this guy.

I went to this bank to solve a problem that they caused me and the manager didn't believe as if I was lying and I didn't help. The other employees did the same. Banks are supposed to help you and more if you're an old customer. I believe in this bank as soon as the bank resolves the error, chaos, problem that caused me in my account. I close everything here. Do not waste your time in a bad bank and its employees are in service.

Watch out for the Empire State Building!If you see this tattoo on your teller's arm, get in another line quick! Rude, condescending, unhelpful, grabs your money like it's hers, WORST EXPERIENCE AT A BANK EVER. EXCEPT PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES AT OTHER PNC'S.

I had a hold on my account and visited this PNC location to hopefully resolve it in person. The front desk receptionist "checked" my account and verbalized there were no hold and I needed to fund my HYSA for there to be an amount.. So, I spoke with the teller and banker (Devaun) who could not help me with wire/external transfers. A lot of back and forth for them to do nothing because that's what they seemed like they wanted to do. I ended up going home to see that there is still a hold on my account LOL. Poor and inefficient customer service at this location.

I went to this new PNC branch Bank to the drive thru ATM machine. As I pull up the screen is completely dark. So I put my card in to see if that would WAKE it up but nothing and I get my card back. Then I pushed their Call Button and after pushing it a 2nd time and waiting for about 4 minutes and no one ever bothered to acknowledged I left! Only saw 2 employees thru the drive thru window but they were not attending drive thru windows. Never going back to this or any other PNC BANKS!

I don't understand why I need 2 forms of I.D. when I have my passport to show. This establishment is very rude and unprofessional. Will never come back to this location. Thanks for wasting 30 minutes of my time in the drive thru. Extremely inconvenient

BBVA was recommended as bank for our non-profit group (I'm intentionally not naming it to keep them out of it, but it's a National organization). We had our account setup with online banking all setup with no issues until PNC acquired BBVA. It took months to get access to our money and I still cannot access online banking. My username and password were not transferred over. In order to reset I need to know other volunteers tax IDs. I cannot even get a temporary paper password mailed to me - they want to mail my password to another volunteers address. Even though I'm on the account I cannot add my address without going in person. When I went in person they were booked up with appointments. I will have to take time off work to go add my home address so they can snail mail me a password. Although I am responsible for the finances of my organization, I have no insight into the bank account!!I will never use PNC personally nor recommend other non-profits use this bank.

Came to PNC for a Cashier’s check and got help from Devaun. She is so sweet, and let me know she was still training. She was very thorough and asked her co-workers questions when she did not know something, which I appreciated. She made our simple request a wonderful experience!

Sorry, but the quality of fast customer service has gone downhill with PNC take over at this BBVA site in Sugarland. We have a Commercial Acct, and the past 3 times I have gone to the Commercial Acct Drive through, I have waited more than 5-10 minutes for a teller to come to the window and process my deposit. This past Thursday at 11:00 was no exception.I sent my tube and waited a few minutes, then buzzed. I was told they had people on the inside they were helping before the people in the drive through. I waited about 15 minutestotally before a teller came after I pressed the buzzer for a second time. By then had several customers who had been waiting in the personal and commercial. The personal cars just drove off, after shaking their heads. No one received any service in the drive through for 15 minutes. When the teller came to the window after I said I had been waiting for almost 15 minutes, I sort of got an attitude about people come first in the inside. Surely there should be enough tellers to handle the drive through lanes and the inside. This was not a packed site until we all were in line for 15 minutes. With the price of gas, plus my time to get back to work, I don't think this is a very customer orientated bank anymore. If you cannot service quickly your customers in both areas, then you should close the drive through and only take walk- ins. Drive through customers should be handled faster.
