almost didn't go, checked their website at the last minute and they had the set I wanted (TCL QM6K) for $470 LESS than Amazon, go figure.

They did not have enough employees, we had to wait 20 minutes for them to attend to us and the sound of an alarm remained for 15 minutes non-stop, giving me and my son a headache.
