Please don't come here!! I had to call my credit card fraud dept because $75 was charged on my card from this office!! There's nothing at Budget that costs $75!!I had my card turned off and replaced, called to have the transaction disputed, and Budget investigate the Sugarland, TX office.How terrible this was!! Thank God it was $75 and not $750!! She was on the phone trying to pay her parents property taxes. Ok, I understand they and she didn't have $75 & don't want to lose their house, but ask to have, or donate, $75 to pay the taxes than steal from an innocent customer!!Now this the only memory I'm going to have for Budget. I went to them instead of Enterprise because it was $200 less, but the saying says, you get what you.......you already know!!Please watch your credit card when you show it to the desk worker. She'll pay her electric bill off you next!! I warned you!!What a damn shame!!

We were very satisfied with the service and rental of their premium SUV. The customer service rep (possibly manager) was friendly and helpful. We were very satisfied with the closeness to home and the ease of checking out and back in. The vehicle we rented was clean and ready for rental for the time we requested. The vehicle totally met our needs for space and comfort.

I’ve rented around 10 cars from this location. Terrible customer service. ASK for receipt after returning a car! They like to charge you for extras after you are gone. One time they charged me for an extra day, the second time for gasoline fees although I’ve fully tank the car. 2 times cars weren’t full tank. Cars smell like marihuana, They give you dirty cars, it doesn’t matter if you rent a car for a week as in my case. I couldn’t believe it!. Cars are in bad shape. Overall avoid it. Now I am renting from Enterprise @ 1414 HIGHWAY 6SUGAR LAND, TX 77478-4907, they even pick/drop me home.

Great place, location and service. Very busy though so please make your reservation before coming or else you might not get a veichle ..But on the whole Budget car rental is great. Facility is clean. You can leave your veichle here also.

I picked the car up and no one did a car inspection so a thought it was weird but ok and when I dropped the car off I was told that the computer said the gas was supposed to be full but I picked it up at 7/8 so that is the way I brought it back and I was given the option to fill it up or be charged 25.00 and when I asked for the corporate number then she told me she would just charge what it takes to fill it up so she was very rude and I will never go to that location again

They were very good at first but , when the only car compact they had had a problem with the gas tank not closing fully. They won't exchange the car the lady working there insisting it's OK and safe to drive with the car with the metal part of gas tank not closing as long as the plastic unlock able part is closing just fine. I found that very bad customer service to be honest although the guy that was helping initially was very very very good in every aspect and made sure that I d leave happy but they didn't help me or change the car at the end of the day cause of the lady working.P.S anybody could open the gas tank from outside which really made me feel very uncomfortable as well having to drive this car throughout Houston

Absolute WORST location . Horrible customer service . I think employees forget that if you don’t have customers you don’t have a job. The representative do not represent Budget well. District managers need to change the leadership and change out the employees .

The car I rented was dirty, inside and out, and it didn't run well. Staff at the desk seemed uninterested in customer service and forced me into paying the full amount at the time of pickup when I had selected to "pay later" online because I was awaiting my insurance payout.

Didn't refund my money for not what I had ordered. The truck had the engine light on when I got it and I had to travel all the way across Texas.

I brought a visitor to a Budget at a different location on highway 6 and spent over an hour there with the person at the counter trying to get a car rented for 3 days that was going to be dropped off at Bush airport. Because my friend had a foreign driver's license she couldn't figure out how to complete the paperwork even after getting on the phone with her boss several times and starting over etc.. so we gave up and drove down the road to this location and my friend got his car in 20 minutes no problems.
