About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental receives mixed reviews from customers. Several reviews praise its convenient neighborhood location, clean facility, and generally good deals. Customers report satisfaction with the friendly, helpful, and resourceful staff, as well as the ease of checkout and return. The rented vehicles are often described as clean, ready, and in great condition, meeting needs for space and comfort.
However, significant complaints focus on toll charges and fees. One customer reports outrageous and incorrect toll charges appearing months later, coupled with unhelpful customer service and high, increasing service fees. There is also a mention of an incorrect fuel charge. The location can be very busy, so a reservation is recommended to ensure vehicle availability.
