Carina needs to be LET GO. She was rude to my aunt on her birthday, even threatening to get her son fired who works at Champs in another state. Jojo on the other hand was very helpful, she had amazing customer service. Jojo is the goat. Carina is trash. I am not sure I will be coming back.
