They carry a nice selection of Name Brand and designer clothes, shoes, accessories, make-up, skin and hair care, a huge collection of sunglasses, and some real steals in the shoe department. During the holidays, tgey have a great selection of very fine perfumes for women and men. I wish there was a better selection of kids clothes, but they are top notch for juniors, men, and women.”

I was immediately greeted upon entering to the entire staff and constantly addressed by my name. From the employees expertise was excellent and the service and experience was immaculate! Beth, Carol and Ari are the best employees your store could have. I was constantly treated with kindness and professionalism. I felt right at home and I was made to feel like I mattered . I truly believe the staff wanted me to have an amazing experience and be beyond pleased with my purchase. I was even offered washing tips from Beth. Now this is going above and beyond! As I was waiting for my ride, I experienced Beth naturally upselling her customers. One lady was buying a particular green sweater and her friend , after over hearing Beth compliment it started asking questions and ended up purchasing one herself! Please find a way to reward these ladies on your staff!”
“I had a wonderful experience at the Buckle store in First Colony Mall! Erasmo and Yaira provided outstanding customer service.
I originally purchased three pairs of jeans but needed to exchange one for a different size. I arrived late, close to closing time, and they still treated me with incredible patience and professionalism. They took the time to help me sort through my receipts and made sure everything was handled correctly without making me feel rushed at all.
Both Erasmo and Yaira were kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. Excellent service like this is rare and very much appreciated.

“This store is so amazing I went in to look for a pair of jeans and was immediately greeted by two girls who asked me if I needed any help finding anything. They helped me pick out two pairs of jeans and were overall super helpful and so nice. I was very pleased with this store and their customer service, not to mention the store was very organized and easy to find things. “I spent the entire day looking for a simple pair of black shoes at First Colony Mall. After being unsuccessful I went back to Journeys and just sat in the chair. I was approached by a young man and he simply asked is there anything I needed help with. I explained my situation and told him I was tight budget. He understood the assignment and looked through their inventory to best meet my need. The location didn’t have what wanted in stock so they handed me a tablet of their online store and told me to take my time looking at all items on sale and whatever you pick we’ll cover the shipping. I was extremely relieved and I found a pair of shoes within my budget and it was ordered with no issues. The sales associate was patient and very well mannered and left me with some great words of wisdom. Thank you Journeys and a big thank to you “Say”.
