“Was in here with Leo but Renee was in here taking care of everyone and actively asking them if they needed any help. I came here before and got in the wrong car as I was leaving last time lol. I couldn’t have asked for a better sales person to find my very first pair of boots for work. She is truly attentive and I’m blown away by how persistent she is in tending to everyone even if it is 4-5 groups of people in the store. I hope she comes to own a store of her own because she is amazing at what she does. God bless you Renee!”

“I visited the VANS store today and was super impressed by the amazing customer service I received by two store members. Kody and Brennon made my visit very helpful. I was immediately greeted and helped as soon as I walked in. They were both very kind and assisted me with my shoes and signing up for the loyalty VANS program.”

“I recently purchased a pair of sneakers and clothing for me and my boyfriend from HypeBeast GarSal store, and I couldn’t be happier with my shopping experience. They were super friendly and patient with us, making it easy to find the perfect matching sneakers. The checkout process was smooth and prices are very reasonable. The sneakers on stock are exactly as described on their website and social media. I’m thrilled with the quality and will definitely shop at HypeBeast GarSal store again in the future. Highly recommended!”

“I had a wonderful experience at the Buckle store in First Colony Mall! Erasmo and Yaira provided outstanding customer service. I originally purchased three pairs of jeans but needed to exchange one for a different size. I arrived late, close to closing time, and they still treated me with incredible patience and professionalism. They took the time to help me sort through my receipts and made sure everything was handled correctly without making me feel rushed at all. Both Erasmo and Yaira were kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. Excellent service like this is rare and very much appreciated. Thank you, Erasmo and Yaira, for such a great experience. I will definitely be back!”

“Today was my 1st time ever in your store at First Colony Mall. I would like to start off by saying WOW WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I was immediately greeted upon entering to the entire staff and constantly addressed by my name. From the employees expertise was excellent and the service and experience was immaculate! Beth, Carol and Ari are the best employees your store could have. I was constantly treated with kindness and professionalism. I felt right at home and I was made to feel like I mattered . I truly believe the staff wanted me to have an amazing experience and be beyond pleased with my purchase. I was even offered washing tips from Beth. Now this is going above and beyond! As I was waiting for my ride, I experienced Beth naturally upselling her customers. One lady was buying a particular green sweater and her friend , after over hearing Beth compliment it started asking questions and ended up purchasing one herself! Please find a way to reward these ladies on your staff!”

“I love shopping at Nordstrom Rack. They carry a nice selection of Name Brand and designer clothes, shoes, accessories, make-up, skin and hair care, a huge collection of sunglasses, and some real steals in the shoe department. During the holidays, tgey have a great selection of very fine perfumes for women and men. I wish there was a better selection of kids clothes, but they are top notch for juniors, men, and women.”

“They say they have everything you need for sports and outdoor activities. Ive been through the whole store and to me, it looks like they are correct. I went to several gun stores looking for a Ruger LCP Max, to no avail. one stop at Academy took care of it. Now I go there first.”

“I spent the entire day looking for a simple pair of black shoes at First Colony Mall. After being unsuccessful I went back to Journeys and just sat in the chair. I was approached by a young man and he simply asked is there anything I needed help with. I explained my situation and told him I was tight budget. He understood the assignment and looked through their inventory to best meet my need. The location didn’t have what wanted in stock so they handed me a tablet of their online store and told me to take my time looking at all items on sale and whatever you pick we’ll cover the shipping. I was extremely relieved and I found a pair of shoes within my budget and it was ordered with no issues. The sales associate was patient and very well mannered and left me with some great words of wisdom. Thank you Journeys and a big thank to you “Say”. Sorry for the misspelling of your name I at least wanted to the pronunciation right lol.”

“Excellent service, my size was not on display but they help me find it. FYI the meter parking is on the expensive side but super convenient on hot days, just steps away from their entrance door. There’s free parking on the Garage building.”
