“I lost a family member last week. I've also lost 100lbs in the past year. Needing something to wear for the services I visited your store today. I was greeted by a young lady name Katrice. She helped me find a dress and shoes. Spending that brief time with her today actually took my mind off my grief and when I left your store I felt somewhat better. I put the dress on for my husband when I got home and he was amazed at how it complimented my weight loss and liked Katrice's eye for fashion and what looks good and has offered to send me back to your store to be outfitted with additional clothing. I will be coming back!! I hope to see Katrice and get her assistance again and to say thank you.”

I originally purchased three pairs of jeans but needed to exchange one for a different size. I arrived late, close to closing time, and they still treated me with incredible patience and professionalism. They took the time to help me sort through my receipts and made sure everything was handled correctly without making me feel rushed at all.
Both Erasmo and Yaira were kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. Excellent service like this is rare and very much appreciated.

“The selection has improved recently, but please carry more size 11 in women's. I routinely go in the store, see a shoe I like, and then have to buy it online and leave the store empty handed. You can tell the bearded guy, who I think is a manager, cares about the store and making things run smoothly.”
“Customer service was super nice, they were friendly and helped me deciding what shoe to get BUT there was NO AC and it was hard to be there more than 10 minutes. I can’t imagine how the poor employees are working there more than hour!”
“I spent the entire day looking for a simple pair of black shoes at First Colony Mall. After being unsuccessful I went back to Journeys and just sat in the chair. I was approached by a young man and he simply asked is there anything I needed help with. I explained my situation and told him I was tight budget. He understood the assignment and looked through their inventory to best meet my need. The location didn’t have what wanted in stock so they handed me a tablet of their online store and told me to take my time looking at all items on sale and whatever you pick we’ll cover the shipping. I was extremely relieved and I found a pair of shoes within my budget and it was ordered with no issues. The sales associate was patient and very well mannered and left me with some great words of wisdom. Thank you Journeys and a big thank to you “Say”. Sorry for the misspelling of your name I at least wanted to the pronunciation right lol.”
