Just got the BEST deal on a bag (even cheaper than Macy’s for the same one!) On top of that, they were giving out free charms and stickers! The store associate, Victoria, was so kind, generous, and incredibly helpful. She even wrapped everything beautifully like a gift. Amazing experience!

I went yesterday and service was fantastic. All associates there greeted me with great attitudes, they were also dressed well. I really appreciate Juliette for helping me find a gift. The team work seems strong. Her co-worker, unfortunately I didn’t get her name, helped wrap the gift immediately and beautifully. The store was organized well, and clean at that. Coach here offered plenty of goods that looked very nice and material was fine. The only thing that I would say disappointed me was not being able to find a certain shoe size. I did fall in love with the bag charms though.

Bought a Luna bag from this store and I loved it. Ms Kylon was amazing. I took her recommendation and picked maple color instead of black and I’m loving it. Such a good color for all year long. I’m definitely coming back for charms and different accessories.

My compliments to Heather, who assisted me the other day in purchasing a light blue pebble leather back pack. She was attentive and friendly, but never pushy. While chatting, I told her about my new car, and how the bag seemed to match it. She took that information, and brought over a tray of accessory pins, one of which matched the emblem of my new car! She made the sale then and there. Knowing the folks here listen, and try to deliver an exceptional experience will keep me coming back. This is my second piece from this location, and I have thoroughly appreciated the shopping experience even when I don’t purchase. Both of my pieces remain in near-perfect condition. Quality hardware and materials that have both style and utility. Watched a few online videos judging quality, and Coach usually comes out as a fair price for what they deliver. I agree, and recommend this location highly.
