“The CubeSmart staff is always very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I’ve had to switch storage units twice in the last year for various reasons and they never hesitated to help with the documentation. CubeSmart is always very clean and the temperature is perfect for the stuff tenants have stored there. The only drawback is that the buttons in the elevators oftentimes have issues to get going after you press your floor’s button. It often takes several tries for the command to go through.”
“Wonderful and extremely professional. Never seen a storage well manage with polite and helpful staff. Security and access is great and i love the virtual office, makes it easy to get a storage anyday anytime. Tammy is the go to for an extremely pleasant experience”
“Thank you Jennifer!
Been here a couple times, always friendly and helpful staff
Never had issues with the trucks nor the unit I rented, it was quite funny reading the negative reviews lol cause it seemed like the issue was them and not this storage facility hahaha
This storage facility is like no other it sets it apart from your average public storage, cube smart etc…”
“Gabriel was incredibly helpful to get my reservation done, equipment hooked up, and then unhooked when I was done. I would definitely use this location for any of my storage or moving needs.”

“I had to rent a cargo van for a drive from Houston to Phoenix and finding a rental office that could accommodate my need was, in itself, challenging. I contacted this particular location because I had work in Sugar Land, so the rental aligned well with my post work needs. My initial contact at this office was Sonya and she was unbelievable in the way she persevered to ensure I had the truck I needed waiting. Like most things in life, no plan goes perfectly; with these truck rental places, no matter what brand you're looking at, the reality is that they don't always have exactly what you need on site. But Sonya worked hard to get the vehicle, and got it done exactly as she said she would. That day, there were two other staff members present and they all pitched in to get everything ready for me. I read reviews for pretty much every Budget Truck rental office in Houston and Sugar Land areas, and they weren't very reassuring. It just goes to show you that you can't always go by the reviews. The three people in this office on the day of my pick were each extraordinary in their abilities to help and to work together to get it done. And they all did it in the most gracious of manners. All I can say is I don't think they could have done a better job and that's a strong statement coming from someone in operations management. Treat them well, and you'll be treated well in return.”

“This storage is clean with temp control. I feel safe storing my stuff there . Staff has always been helpful and friendly. My last visit was very pleasant especially with the help of a wonderful staff named Brenda who was having her lunch break but made the time and best efforts to help me. Thank you, Brenda!”
