“I don't usually have to go into an AT&T store but I had and issue with my phone and the Apple store referred me to the AT&T store in the mall. I was greeted by the friendly manager Ricky. He looked up my account and provided me with some insight on my services and what was the best way to proceed with upgrading my phone. He also assisted me with my current cable set up and how I could save money! Ricky is very knowledgeable with the products and services offered by AT&T. I felt comfortable talking to him. He did not pressure me into buying anything just gave me an eye opener to what AT&T can do for me. So if you are in the Mall stop buy and talk to Ricky for your AT&T needs. I will be back.
