“I don't usually have to go into an AT&T store but I had and issue with my phone and the Apple store referred me to the AT&T store in the mall. I was greeted by the friendly manager Ricky. He looked up my account and provided me with some insight on my services and what was the best way to proceed with upgrading my phone. He also assisted me with my current cable set up and how I could save money! Ricky is very knowledgeable with the products and services offered by AT&T. I felt comfortable talking to him. He did not pressure me into buying anything just gave me an eye opener to what AT&T can do for me. So if you are in the Mall stop buy and talk to Ricky for your AT&T needs. I will be back. “Chris and Hector was very helpful with helping my wife and I when we came in to figure out if we could upgrade our new iPhones and Upgrade Program plans. They were both wonderful to talk to and work with. They were very speedy handling our situation and they made sure all the T’s and I’s were crossed and dotted before we walked away with brand new iPhones! Would definitely recommend going here and asking for them both! Side note, there was an employee that checked us in that told us what we wanted to be done ‘could not’ be done there at Apple. Fortunately, she was wrong and we felt that before you deny the customers of what can and can’t be done in the store, you may want to check everything first. We felt it was extremely unprofessional and a bit lazy. We also felt that she should be trained and educated better than to simply say ‘no’ to customers before finding out if the problem could be resolved. Only con to our experience there. Other than that, everything else was great!”

“As usual the installation of the screen protector was done correctly. Actually, the first application revealed a slight flaw in the protector. Yvonne tried to correct the flaw in the corner of the glass and finally had to replace with a new one. This action showed dedication to providing a great experience and product.”
