Our daughter was gifted several fish and bought a starter 5 gallon tank kit from Walmart. Not even two weeks and we decided to upgrade to a 55 gallon tank kit and make the aquarium an attractive addition to the household. I purchased the 55 gallon tank kit, along with several decorative plants, rocks, tank maintenance products from this PetSmart store. Once it was all set up, we came back for more fish and had the pleasure of being helped by Adrian. This young man was very courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and patient answering all the questions my kids and I had about what fish could thrive in the new aquarium.

Was trying to buy a 10 gallon tank fully equipped with every thing needed including stones and decor along with two small cichlids and the young lady refused to sell me as according to her I wasn’t buying a big enough tank. Not that it’s her business I already have a 55 gallon tank. When I requested to see a mgr she went in the back and came back saying he agreed with her and it was policy. I recommend going to a real fish store!!! Poor customer service here. I would never allow my employees to treat customers this way.

Before grooming, our two doggies were a dirty, matted mess. After grooming, they both look fabulous!!
James is the best! We will not take our doggies anywhere else for grooming.

Not a great experience. All dogs don't have the same personality. If a dog doesn't growl & doesn't bite. Then it's YOUR JOB to calm them like a professional. (Treats etc)

It's a typical PetSmart. Some employees are very friendly but most of the time they are just normal dismissive retail employees. My biggest issue is that they advertise they pre-bag crickets but there are almost never any available. They also don't have a button by the fish/crickets like every other PetSmart so you can call for assistance back there. That's why they get two stars.

I wish I could give this zero stars…My wife took our golden retriever Thor today for a grooming at the Sugar Land location. She made the appointment online with groomer Vin F. When she arrived there, the place was filthy, Thor immediately stepped in urine, the groomer was eating and looked bothered to be interrupted and even surprised to see a golden. Again, my wife made an appointment, so they should be expecting Thor at that time.
She made zero effort to try to pet Thor, to calm him down or even to acknowledge him. It was not his first grooming, but first (and last!) one at that location. He’s usually anxious but with patience and willingness, he calms down. He’s a very sweet boy.
She proceeded to take Thor to the back and my wife decided to wait a little in the store because she already had a bad feeling about the experience.
1 min later she gets a call from the groomer saying Thor refused to go into the kennel and his tongue was getting purple so she couldn’t groom him.
At that point my wife (who was just outside of the grooming place, inside the store) went back and took our dog back. It took her 1 min to decide she couldn’t do the job, after being completely unprofessional and uncaring towards Thor.
I wonder why a person who doesn’t have any empathy for an animal, decides to be a groomer, she is clearly in the wrong job.
We are never going back to that place or recommending PetSmart grooming services.
We just hope Thor doesn’t get traumatized with the horrible experience.
