the 2 employees at this locations that I met yesterday were so friendly and patient with me (and my 1 year old sobbing on my hip).Alaina was extremely helpful with recommending shampoos, conditioner and leave in spray to help with the specific concerns I had brought up for my red colored hair. I was very impressed that she found me something that hit every concern I had and it was natural and for sensitive skin even (another request I had)To me, that means she was really listening to me and was so nice to gather it for me while I calmed my son down also.I tried the product she recommended and I’m so glad it didn’t hurt my scalp or cause issues like the other products I’ve tried.thank you!

Went in 3/20/2023 and noticed that I was asked am I OK do I need anything? Not one not two not three not four but five times how in the world is it that I was asked five times and the Caucasian women were not asked more than twice like really ladies!??!!... It was so blatantly obvious that I must have obviously made you all uncomfortable in my black skin??...or you're not used to having black customers come there??..Even though you stock black products, This inexcusable and blatant disrespect directed at me and I do not appreciate it!On today's excursionI was made to feel UNWELCOMED... I will not be returning to this Sally. I will also voice my opinion with a few of your vendors, who I am friends with, as well as your headquarters for a formal complaint.

I’m never coming back as long as the so called manager is at this location!! I loved coming here prior to him being here! If I remember correctly he told me he’s the new manager. Beware do not take color advice from him!! Now i gotta go pay $$$ to fix this mess!

I’m not sure of the young lady’s name but I’m so very thankful for her! I came in about 20 minutes before closing not sure of the name of the exact product I was looking for. She was so patient in helping me search! She looked my account up at least 5 times & we still couldn’t find anything but I knew exactly what the product looked like! Long story short, we finally found it but I’m so thankful she didn’t rush me or give up on me so close to closing! Great service! And very knowledgeable!

I love this Sally location because the staff are always friendly and patient when I need help with products. I have bumped into the store manager from time to time and he is amazing and knowledgeable.The only downside is high prices. the hair dye I buy is 9.99 a box when it used to be a lot cheaper.

Great service, better service than I seen in along time, He really listened and took extra time to assist, he very attentive, suggested products. Completely understand exactly what I was looking for. Very knowledgeable on all products. I definitely recommend Sugar Land location and this associate I he only one working I hope he gets recognition he deserves sorry don't remember his name.

I’m giving them a 1 star because I came 20 minutes down Hwy 6 to grab something and the store was closed. I had 12 minutes and not only were they closed the lights was off and everyone was gone which means they left way earlier then 7pm. Money missed I will never use that location agaIn.

Above and beyond to help me out! Super appreciate the extra time spent looking for a specific item that showed in stock, but was hard to find. I was halfway through an at home dye job and ran out of the color I needed. I called the store, & they couldn't find it right away, BUT then a little later he called me back saying they had looked extra & found it! Thank you Roman and Barbara!

Eat here frequently , it pays to have the landry’s select card , I use so much i’m always getting a $25 credit towards my next meal .Staff is always friendly and helpful .??I noticed most of the staff had been there a long time which tells me employees are getting treated right . Definitely will return . Especially for my queso fresco…just don’t sit me by any stuffed bird ? it freaks me out !!

I used to work for this location and if you ever want to work for that manger. I’m sorry for you because he doesn’t care about any of his employees. Let alone he wouldn’t even hear you out for anything. Sally Beauty need to seriously hire better managers who are a team player not a dictator.

Jasmin. I cannot say ENOUGH about this amazing soul! I have been to this location MANY times. And one I’ve never met or have seen Jasmin before TWO I have NEVER been helped(I’ve asked and was always brushed off) or asked if I needed help. I’ve always been ignored and it’s really put me off from coming back to this location. But tonight I got off work feeling a little ehh about myself lately and girl when I say Jasmin was the kindest sweetest human in there I mean it. She was SO attentive. I’ve worked retail/service for like 15 years and I know no one likes it. But Jasmin was so beyond helpful and just so sweet! I love her and she will be the ONLY reason for my business at this location. I will say this. I KNOW this woman probably doesn’t get paid enough to give the service she does. She gives 5 star service to an AT BEST 3 star location. She deserves everything. And the knowledge she has and shares is the best! I’m so beyond grateful to her! If anyone takes anything from this review please just go ask for Jasmin! If she’s not there I wouldn’t bother personally. I’ve only been up sold product that’s extremely expensive and didn’t work or help. Jasmin listened to my needs and helped me find what will be right for me! Love love love her!
