When we have questions or need some reminders as to who, what or when we can or cannot do, he is right on top of it. He always treats us like we are his only customer and gives us attention to everything we do or at least what we want to do with top priority. He gives us ideas on how to handle the shipping in question and the best way whether it be Locally or International. The quality of service we get from Preferred Shipping is great.
