“I had a great experience at Carstar Fort Bend Collision Center. From the moment they answer the phone, all the way to fixing my vehicle, and handling and dealing with the auto insurance company (which was my case). All the team at this place is fantastic, professional, and they have plenty of experience dealing with insurance.Luis was amazing, he is the manager who helped me all the way. I called their office several (many) times with question and he was always very nice and professional. Luis was patient enough to clearly explain to me what my car had. I have to say I'm an illiterate in the mechanics of cars, and probably he realized that and gave me an explanation clear enough for me to understand all the details. Luis, was also great at following up.English is not your first language? No problem, they speak Spanish. Luis and Ana, the nice friendly lady who answers the phone, both are bilingual.My insurance gave me a list of places they suggested, my plan was to call at least three of these places and then decide. Because of this lady, Ana, I didn't call the other places, I was able to tell they have a lot of experience dealing with insurance because of all the information she gave me in the fist call. Plus, they have great reviews, and I know why.I also received a call from the owner, a very nice and professional man, and he gave me the updates on how the insurance claim looked like. They were on top of every detail.My car looks and feels like new. From start to finish I had a great experience.They have great customer service. I'm very pleased and it was a smooth process with Carstar. If you're hesitating, don't, just take your car there, you won't regret it.This is my honest review. I don't know the owners or people who work here. I'm just a happy customer.”

“Edward was exactly what we were looking for! Our 2016 Ford Transit 150 XLT was in need of an oil change and was having some transmission issues. Edward got us in same day, charged us less than I’ve ever been charged for an oil change AND showed me in detail exactly what was wrong with the trans and what I could do to fix it myself instead of paying him an exorbitant amount. Within 24 hours our van was back in our possession better than ever. Can’t recommend Auto EMS enough, Edward will get you taken care of!!”

He's never had me do anything unnecessary and has saved me plenty of money in upkeep of my vehicles. The location is easy to get to but be warned that parking space is very limited and sometimes a tight fit particularly if they're busy.”

“I went to this store for the alignment. After mechanics spent quite some time inspection. I was told my car did not need alignment. They did not even charge me 1 cent. They were very genuine. Next time, I will still go to them for the alignment work if needed.
Kevin - store manager immediately made the appointment when I called in. The technician did an awesome job doing alignment for my Acura MDX. Kevin patiently reviewed reports explaining me which issues got resolved. He gave me such a peace of mind. I promised Kevin that I would come again after new tires installation or hitting a curb. “I needed to get my inspection done quickly, so I called and was welcomed right away. Waited maybe 2 minutes and I was right in. He also mentioned my air filters (which I knew needed changing) and charged me a THIRD of the price I was given from another place. Now I know that’s something I can change on my own, but it was convenient, they had mine in stock and it was more than affordable. He showed me the air filters and I watched him change them so I had faith that it was something I should do now and especially here. Great place, sweet staff. Highly recommend.”
