“Just had an amazing experience at the discount tire Shop on route 90. Victor was amazing, so courteous, did a great job explaining the issue and the cause of the problem, and the service was done so promptly! Honestly, the best Customer experience have had in a long time! Great job to Victor, and to the discount tire management team! Your store looked great, when they opened the doors, multiple technicians were ready to assist customers, everyone is super nice! I wish every business operated like this shop!”

“I shall adjust my rating at a later time on how well things go on Monday. I went to the store to replace all 4 of my tires and the sale representative was sure that they had enough inventory to service my car. I dropped off my car there and came back 2 hours later to retrieve the car only to find out that they only had 3 tires of the Michelin left and that I had to come back for a 2nd visit on Monday. I have visited the store many times, but this is the very first experience I had with Discount Tire. Hope that things can get resolve during my second visit.

Edit: I went back for a second appointment, and things went very smoothly. The manager contacted me directly afterwards to have a conversation to make sure things all went well. I do hope that this is an off case as I have been to this location for many years. Appreciate the team for a prompt response.”
