Didn't receive any acknowledgement and it took nearly two months to ship to UK but the products were excellent Cobra Company items unavailable anywhere else. I understand this is a one man business and he is quite elderly so I give him extra stars for sheer persistence!”
“Had some time to kill in Sugarland today, decided to check out this Think Geek location. I've never been to this mall so I called and asked the best entrance to use, employee Claire gave me excellent direction. When I got to the store, met Claire and she was very professional and polite. She had excellent customer service skills and a thorough knowledge of what was available in the store. I didn't find anything I couldn't live without but I'm glad I went in and checked it out. It's an entire store filled with cool stuff.”

“Every time I walk into a Build-A-Bear Workshop, I am jealous of the cool bears that kids today can get.
This store is spacious, quiet, and easy to check out all the branded and traditional bears.
I saw the giant Capybara and Bluey! They are huge and must take a lot of stuffing.
I inquired about the birthday deal - there's only one bear under that deal, a traditional brown bear. It appears to be $16, but the deal is the price is your age. Not as amazing as I had hoped.”
