Wellby Financial is a member-owned, not-for-profit financial cooperative proudly serving the Greater Houston Metro area. Established in 1961 to serve the employees and families of Johnson Space Center, Wellby has grown into one of the largest credit unions in Houston, serving more than 132,000 members with 21 branch locations and more than $2 billion in assets. As a people-first organization, Wellby is open to all who live, work, worship, or attend school in the Greater Houston Metro or Galveston area. Wellby representative Bilal provided excellent service, addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure issues were resolved, creating a truly pleasant experience. Mrs. Sultana, Cynthia Barron, and Hannah were all praised for their knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive customer service, helping customers with smooth transitions and exemplifying Wellby's commitment to quality service.
