“Really surprised to see so many bad reviews. My experience with SECU has always been great. They always respond quickly to my requests for help with my accounts and have a lot set up to do myself. They're a great group of people in Sugar Land always looking to provide helpful, friendly service and are always trying to find ways to improve. I got my auto loan with them last year and got a rate in the 5's, way better than what the dealership or Chase were offering me. The loan dept helped me set up my auto pay and it was easy to do. They do have system outages from time to time, but I think they get them back online fast. I recommend SECU to my coworkers all the time and appreciate they come visit our offices.”
