they refused to exchange my money for me. they said they dont have the paperwork for it!!! i think the employees re trying to doge the clients.

Excellent customer service. Above and beyond. Staff stayed late to finish my transaction and did not complain. Thank you, so much.

They do not have a good attitude. The manager is horrible. The Staff are working very slowly. I spent 1 hour there to open an account and finally they said they want to close the bank and I should go. That is why Wells Fargo bank is not performing very well in the US. They should use better personal.
