The worst experience I've ever had here in the US. I sat here for about 45 minutes, and nobody came to welcome me or ask what I needed. Despite the girl in the room seeing me several times, she didn't come out to say anything. After 45 minutes, she finally asked what I wanted to do. When I mentioned I was here to open an account, she said someone had an appointment and would arrive in 10 minutes. She then suggested I make an appointment online. Why didn't she inform me earlier? Her behavior was very rude. This place is awful. Rude person, rude management, do not waste your time here. Horrible branch.

The banker here was nice (visited over a year ago) but the establishment as a whole is terrible. I would never trust Wells Fargo with my money again.

Very bad service for white people and I didn't finish with myself and arrived before the others just because one is Hispanic. And then he asked me for my ID ? if I had given it to him. What bad service ?

I just went to this branch. The guy who was assisting us wears glasses as no decency to serve customers. I went to the branch to ask for 5s currency stack. He said he doesn't have 5 currency in the bank at all. Is this really wells fargo bank or was he too lazy to go inside the locker room and get me 5 currency notes? Wells Fargo is known for his brand but I guess not anymore when they hiring such employees who are good for nothing. He was a guy with specs serving the curb side services at this location. Management please do something to train your employees.

they refused to exchange my money for me. they said they dont have the paperwork for it!!! i think the employees re trying to doge the clients.

People don’t want to do their job. I came with my friend to open an account for him they told me that they don’t have people when I told them that they should have two bankers in the branch they told me that he is on the teller though they had five people who could swap him and he works with us. This is not the only branch with an attitude

Good morning America never too late to write good about person and place. Which I had a interaction with Wells Fargo employee Michael Parker . Very professional. Polite. Everything was very smooth. From beginning to end. Very intelligent person .Master in his work with great attitude. With any stress explain everything. Any questions you ask he will say no problem. I really recommend everyone those who goes to bank and have bad experience go to him . He will change your vision. I will give him 10/10

They do not have a good attitude. The manager is horrible. The Staff are working very slowly. I spent 1 hour there to open an account and finally they said they want to close the bank and I should go. That is why Wells Fargo bank is not performing very well in the US. They should use better personal.

So so dishonest costumer service, the worst bank that I dealer with ever, I did a euro order and I told them I will be traveling in 48 hours tell me if it won’t be ready so I won’t make it because I don’t want to waist my flight, they were like oh no don’t worry it will be here in 24 hrs 04/12/22 and I reconfirm this with the banker he told me the estimated time is tomorrow noontime maximum, and tomorrow is here and the order was not ready, I tried to call all night long and to do everything they told me we can’t do anything for u, u gotta wait and ur order was delayed 04/13/22 and I have to be at the airport in 04/13/22 by noone, they caused ma a huge stress and I am pregnant, in the morning the first thing I will do is to close my account with them, I hope I won’t lose my trip because of this DISHONEST and DISRESPECTFUL SERVICE
