Employees are great but it doesn't work. Internet cuts out constantly and freezes. Should be illegal what they are doing. My whole block is switching to Ezfiber. I did the switch and it works great.

I need to get my head examined staying with this sorry excuse for a media service provider. All Comcast needs and takes is your money and the price goes up every single month and there’s no end in site just signed up on Nov and now the Dec bill is going up again

To return equipment you have to wait 1hr. Very frustrating process and I am glad I left Xfinity after 12 years of my service with them. Do me a favor y’all just go with other provider who are better and have an efficient and quick process on activating or disconnecting your service. Never again…felt bad for a senior who was waiting for hour and had to take her meds in store while the bozos reps acted all busy. Worst of the worst. No humanity is left and sad to see how folks are treating customers like they owned them. No respect for customer.

My mother has been having issues with her phone, and the staff at Xfinity have been incredibly helpful as she navigates solutions. Vince especially has been a huge help in steering her in the right direction. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone who needs assistance with their Xfinity account. Y'all rock!

Literally guys the worst xfinity store I’ve been to in my entire life!!! The crew is super rude and they literally couldn’t help you spell xfinity if you needed it!!! Worse experience I’ve ever had at a store they really need to send a secret shopper here to see how their employees treat people!

Extremely racist manager. Rude and horrible experience. I have further filed a complaint against this location to the corporate office at xfinity. They dont solve problems they make problems worst. They keep trying to sale their phone line. Like dude i came to solve my internet issue not to purchase your phone like. Extremely horrible service. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION

I think all Xfinity (Comcast) C-Suite executives should be locked up and never given anything but dry sandwiches and water. I don't think the government can run anything well but even the US government would be better than Comcast. This is the worst company to ever exist. They make their costumer service unattainable you are forced to use an AI assistant even if you have already used it several times. How does it not know I have rest my router no fewer than 1,000 times over the course of the last 2 days. All I want is to speak to someone local that can answer my one simple question. They did work in my neighborhood yesterday and after that work was completed my internet would not work. I need to know if the upgrades have made my modem obsolete and I need to upgrade it or if the problem is on their end. Instead of being able to talk to someone you get put in a never ending circle of hell between AI chat bots that want you to restart your modem for the 1,001th time or phone automation asking you to use their AI assistant before you can chat with someone live. Even though this is the 2nd day in a row you have been trying to resolve this issue and you have chatted, restarted, and checked all cables until your head is about to explode. This is unacceptable and makes me want to run for office just to force Comcast to help their customers. After 2 days I finally got to speak with someone who could answer my questions and hopefully my internet will be up and running again soon, but it should not take this much effort, time and exasperation to speak with someone that actually knows what is going on and be able to answer a simple question. Maybe if Comcast and it's shareholders thought about their customers more and less about lining their pockets life would be better for everyone.
