Literally guys the worst xfinity store I’ve been to in my entire life!!! The crew is super rude and they literally couldn’t help you spell xfinity if you needed it!!! Worse experience I’ve ever had at a store they really need to send a secret shopper here to see how their employees treat people!

Extremely racist manager. Rude and horrible experience. I have further filed a complaint against this location to the corporate office at xfinity. They dont solve problems they make problems worst. They keep trying to sale their phone line. Like dude i came to solve my internet issue not to purchase your phone like. Extremely horrible service. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION

I think all Xfinity (Comcast) C-Suite executives should be locked up and never given anything but dry sandwiches and water. I don't think the government can run anything well but even the US government would be better than Comcast. This is the worst company to ever exist. They make their costumer service unattainable you are forced to use an AI assistant even if you have already used it several times. How does it not know I have rest my router no fewer than 1,000 times over the course of the last 2 days. All I want is to speak to someone local that can answer my one simple question. They did work in my neighborhood yesterday and after that work was completed my internet would not work. I need to know if the upgrades have made my modem obsolete and I need to upgrade it or if the problem is on their end. Instead of being able to talk to someone you get put in a never ending circle of hell between AI chat bots that want you to restart your modem for the 1,001th time or phone automation asking you to use their AI assistant before you can chat with someone live. Even though this is the 2nd day in a row you have been trying to resolve this issue and you have chatted, restarted, and checked all cables until your head is about to explode. This is unacceptable and makes me want to run for office just to force Comcast to help their customers. After 2 days I finally got to speak with someone who could answer my questions and hopefully my internet will be up and running again soon, but it should not take this much effort, time and exasperation to speak with someone that actually knows what is going on and be able to answer a simple question. Maybe if Comcast and it's shareholders thought about their customers more and less about lining their pockets life would be better for everyone.

This location is a world of a difference from the Westheimer/Dairy Ashford location! I was in and out of here in 5 minutes to swap out a cable box, which is something the other location couldn't do. I had a horrid experience there due to them being too busy and understaffed, and they lied to me at that location twice about keeping my appointment. At this location, I never needed to make an appointment!! Going to come back to this location if I need anything because the Westheimer location is a trainwreck! You will be in and out in a matter of minutes!!

Sales rep speaking with accent and so softly as to be difficult to understand. Kept trying to get me to connect their wifi for "faster". When I did, it was NOT faster than my Verizon 4G. I kept having the feeling that I was being bum rushed into sale. Reading the other reviews on Google, replies look like canned responses. Makes me wonder if anyone at the store reads them or only the bot on the web.

Had a super quick and easy experience here. Curtis was such a nice person & answered all of our questions. He didn’t try to upsell us, simply told us the truth about certain services and devices and we will definitely be back!

This is by far the BEST Xfinity store. They greet you at the door and inquire about your needs. All I needed was a remote. I didn’t have to wait for the 30 people in front of me to open accounts to get my remote. Actually, she handed me two!! Way to go Xfinity on University!
Boo for the other store down the street.

We should be careful while in this store , if the store manager doesn’t like you , he will even threaten you . I wanted to return latest storm ready WiFi equipment purchased a week ago and the battery pack was not charging at all from day one and has no value addition as advertised . They literally neglect you in the store saying you have purchased from online and no support to online clients . Even though the online agent requested over phone , they declined to accept my equipment . They were asking me to provide an original receipt of purchase and explained their own inventory adjustment issues . The store manager was so arrogant in his words as well as in his behavior . None of the sales person will look at your face and even though they will make comments between each other when you request any help . They asked me to go to ups store to return the equipment . Lack of respect to clients is visible in this store from manager to sales team .
I have made this review a week ago and no response from Xfinity to resolve my problem . Least bothered on customer service and bad reputations . Looks like a monopoly business in some areas . Also read many complaints against this store and its manager attitude . Still I am trying to return the equipment and they closed my live chat , saying complaint is resolved . It’s disgusting and shame for a corporate company , all the stores rating are 3 ranking …

Appreciate the friendly service. Went first thing Saturday morning, slightly busy but the store manager Anthony W. was able to help switch data plans easy. I needed to switch plans for awhile and the app and calling the automated service.... headache every time, so to finally be able to get plan right- nice, Thanks again!

I've had a previlige to deal with Miss Amy Nguyen on multiple metters, every time Miss Nguyen was super helpful, nice and straight to the point. Xfinity has improved their customer service in genral but specificaly this location has been exceptional! Thank you, keep up providing great customer service!

Horrible experience. Customer service all around was inefficient, ill effective, overall disappointing that grown men cannot problem solve. I came in person to cancel and return their equipment and no one was able to help due to their door being unable to open. Which I could be understanding, however employees were able to go in and out freely from another entrance, they even accepted UPS packages. They stood outside in an unorganized fashion, created no line for customers, and simply stated they wouldn’t be able to do anything for me until two hours from now, but were able to take back their equipment.
