So I really hate doing this, and I honestly consider myself a fairly patient and understanding person but I think I finally hit my limit. Been to this store several times to either switch our equipment or upgrade phones and for the most part they've been good experiences but this last time...forget it.Upgraded a phone about a month ago but the phone we turned in never got applied so we were charged $900 for the balance. Had to wait 5 days for the refund and was told that for our inconvenience we would be given 2 months' credit on our bill. So why was our service cut off?? Nonpayment of bill (that we were supposed to be credited for); all the while, we've had daily outages at least 8-10 times a day on our cable/internet side and have tried troubleshooting several times and had a technician come out but still daily outages. So finally had enough and went in to speak to staff in-store and was told that the credit didn't go through because the manager (Nick) didn't approve it. When I spoke to Nick he casually asked "so what's the problem, didn't you get your money back?" and hey, if you don't miss $900 from your account for almost a week that you were counting on then I guess you live a charmed life. I told him that alone was a huge inconvenience and coupled with our daily cable/internet outages something has to give. The solution?He grudgingly gave us $60 credit. To split for both services ($30 for mobile, $30 for cable/internet). How generous.Couldn't get over the lack of understanding and service so just left after that because what else can I do? Can't go to AT&T so I guess I'm stuck with this but man, just a terrible experience.(And apparently they must make good coin to not think missing $900 is a bother, so I guess that explains the charges?)(PS - the associates are actually very nice and helpful and a special shout to Nada for trying to help us out)

I am desperate for any other internet but comcast. I had this problem years ago when I lived out here, and surprise surprise, it’s happening again. I’m supposed to be paying 45$/mo for basic internet. But their billing is manipulative and they keep trying to charge me at least 100$/month. They have charged me multiple times in one month and then tried to charge me again and took a “return check” fee which they are lying about even though it’s listed on my billing in their app. It’s a constant mess, and getting ahold of them is impossible unless you go to the store and they’re no help either. They are famous for this stuff. This is one of the larger scam companies of this country. I will be terminating the service and refusing to pay their fraudulent charges. I’d rather have no internet than have to stress about this. I don’t have this kinda money to be taken advantage of. Don’t trust them, find other internet if you can. This market is a monopoly good luck.

Al provides terrible customer service. He was impatient at solving my account problem, blaming me with “what have you done”, and rushing to take his break. I mean, just quit if this job makes you so miserable.

Worked with Vinny to set up our mobile plan and activate our phones. Awesome experience. He took his time and made sure everything was set up correctly.

This customer service is terrible. The wait time here is consistently around an hour, and they operate the store with very few staff members despite the extended wait.

Walked in. Didn't know I was supposed to sign in so I wait on an associate.Someone comes in after me.Associate asked who was first. I said I was. Associate writes down the name of the person behind me to go ahead of me. I am annoyed that this person didn't have a appointment and just walked in. Got called in after I walked in and got helped. Meanwhile I was 3rd in line behind other people.The main store does NOT have a local number. If you need help you have to call their main 800 number and go through this very annoying automated option to get help though text. (I don't want and I don't like texting technical issues) ...I pretty much avoided that by not choosing the text to talk to someone option.

Anthony the manager was extremely rude to all the customers ahead of me & even myself. I understand they were busy but it gives him NO right to treat people in a horrible way. All I wanted was to pick up equipment and he couldn’t even listen to my request. He just refused to service me and kept saying to come back. This location urgently needs a NEW manager!

Clean store with quick service from friendly staff! They took some old equipment from me and then a manager helped me change my xfinity plan to be cheaper with faster internet! She also got me an updated modem and I walked out of the store with faster internet, a cheaper bill, and a new modem that I brought home and set up in minutes. What a change from the old days of comcast stores!

I opened an account today. Went in today to return a modem that technical support stated was not the right one I picked up today. Technical support gave me a reference number to give to the associate.The associate was a young white male, full beard possible early 20s. stated you can call but he was not calling. He made no effort to resolve the issue.I asked to speak to the manager, manager stated I will be right back. He never returned after thirty minutes I called the corporate office and filed a complaint. This store has horrible customer service. I will never recommend this store to anyone.Corporate employee advised me to go home and call them and they would assist. I called when I got home and the issue appears to be resolved.

I had an extremely poor experience at this store and with Xfinity in general. Chirag was very dismissive, pushy, and unprofessional. At some points he made me feel uncomfortable. He somehow created more problems for me instead of resolving them and lied about the cost of services. When I mentioned my grievances to the manager, Anthony, I did not feel like he was taking me seriously and he made jokes about "not wanting to offend me". I highly do not recommend this place and would give negative stars if possible. Boo Xfinity.

Anthony the manager is a racist. He was extremely friendly and laughing with the customer in front of me that was his same race, but as soon as I walked up, looking different than them, his demeanor immediately changed and he was incredibly rude and dismissive to me just because of my skin color. I have been a good customer paying for all the packages for 35 years, but he made me feel like dirt.

Walk in and was greeted. I was asked to take a seat to wait for the next associate. I waited for 25 minutes and was passed for services twice. As I was walking out the same person who greeted me asked If I was helped. Not good on attention to details. He then say I have someone open now. Yeah the same associate that was open 5 minutes after I walked in.

Kelani is HANDS DOWN the BEST salesperson here. Everyone was friendly don't get me wrong, but she was super knowledgeable, friendly and saved us a toooooon of money. We have had Xfinity for years now and she made all the headaches we have ever had with them worth it!

When I enter the store the Manager Nick was very helpful. Then, I wait for about 10 min. And Jose is the one help a lot to settled all my phone plan. He's very patient to wait from calling my previous line to transfer my phone plan to ixfinity. Keep it up Jose! would love to come back here.
