I have been without internet for four days they kept saying it’s an outage…. This happenes at least once a month I hate I switched over from optimum

The guy came out service wasn't working right as soon as he left but the next day we didn't have service all day long I had frontier before now will remember why I got rid of it I'm going to give it the rest of the week and see how it goes maybe taking the box back to the store and getting rid of it again
