I have only had service for 1 month and I'm already missing work because my Eero device won't connect online. Also have had multiple network drops and the device rebooting on its own. Not getting my 1 gig s3rvice as agreed upon. There having to send another technician out to fix this issue because the guy I spoke with over the phone was no help. I should not of ever given Frontier a chance. I will make sure to let everyone I know not to select them as a internet provider, and I'm filing a complaint with the BBB. If I could give them a 0 star I would. Should have taken it as a hit they were desperate when they had door to door sales people trying to sign them.

We have been out of internet going on 13 days now. After multiple calls they still won't fix a torn fiber line in our area that was caused by a damaged power line. They sent a person out after 4 days after we put in for the outage to tells us the internet was out. I put in for a outage because it wasn't working? They tell us it's going to be fixed the next day and they will call us back. No call back and constant lies and still no internet. We have an online business and it has caused a financial issue at this point. This has become a very unnecessary problem and we are currently seeking another internet service at this point. This has been detrimental to our business. Customer service gor this company is almost non existent. I just simply want the services you are charging me for.

Do not use this company!! They claimed on our first scheduled day we didn’t answer the door but we sat in the living room all day and they never came! Then they supposedly rescheduled us for the following Monday but the request “didn’t process properly” so no one ever came. Then they scheduled us for the next Wednesday and guess what?! NO ONE SHOWED UP!!! HORRIBLE LIARS. 3 days that we changed our schedules, left early from work, 3 whole days we will never get back that we sat around waiting for them to never show up!! 0 stars!!! Do not recommend!!

AWFUL. Our internet has been down for WEEKS and when I called to get it serviced, no one showed up, they closed our ticket and we are still without. Once I reached back out, they stated they would only reimburse for the days that had a ticket open, but because they closed it, I only get 2 days worth of reimbursement.Side note: this has been going on before the storms.

Service is alright. Doesn't serve the area i moved into, so now they are trying to charge me $50.00 for canceling and restock fee?! That's crazy. I've been with them for the 3 years i lived at my other place. Ridiculous!

Hey this company is no good. My internet is always down and I can't get anybody to come out here fast they never come out until five or 6 days I wouldn't recommend Frontier to anyone

Horrible overseas customer support. Called to see if I could get service and the Arabic individual was only interested in selling me a $100/month plan with auto pay....Come to find out, they DO NOT provide service to this area supposedly.... as they are out at my next door neighbors, installing DSL cable! Make up your mind!!!

I'm literally spending days working from McDonald's because Frontier keeps having outages every other week at least. Frontier doesn't care if you're risking your job because they can't provide a service (they promised) consistently. 0/10

Rude and aggressive tail-gators in TX 115G46 . Your company is very rude on the road and on the phone. I finally got a live operator at the 1800,asking for a postal address for Frontier ,and the dim bulb transferred me to "tech support " in India.

We’ve had this “internet provider” for years. My in laws had service at this address long before we moved in. And it is HORRIBLE! We have constant outages. And not to mention the internet speeds. We have 6 megabits upload/download. I cannot wait until we can get ANYTHING else!! I highly do not recommend frontier communications.The only good thing is you can get a credit on your bill if the service goes out. Which happens every week.

If I could rate them zero stars I would. My son-in-law and daughter have been without service for over a week. That also includes everyone in the neighborhood. Everyone has contacted them and nothing seems to be getting done. Very poor customer service!!!
