“It’s always a pain to get a new phone but Tom made it a pleasant simple and faster experience. He did not try to up sale me or sale me anything I didn’t want or need. Matter of fact he helped me to even save money and get exactly what I needed. He was patient friendly and personable and knowledgeable about his products. The store has a good manager too. That’s hard to find nowadays.”
