I normally wouldn’t give a review until all the work is complete, but with a tricky job; I’m pleasantly greeted by Vadim every time I visit the shop. First, he listens to what you want and then makes suggestions. Treats my vehicle as his own and the paint and body work has come out great. Still have a few loose ends to work through but I’m sure to receive the same warm greeting and good work.

“I was in a really bad spot because I busted my back windshield out and destroyed my roof with a gooseneck trailer. My truck is how I make a living. Russell heard about it and got me in less than 24 hours and had it repaired and looking better than it did before the damage as well. They even cleaned it so well that it looks better than its looked in years. The price was extremely low for the severity of the damage as well. Such amazing people that work there. “I cannot stress how satisfied I was with my service with Carstar. Omar was my point of contact and kept me informed during the process of my vehicle being repaired. He have me an estimated date if when it would be ready and it was actually ready a week before the schedule date which was great because that prevented me from having to get a rental car for another week. When I arrived to pick up my car he created me and took me out to my car and explained everything they did to my car and the warranty that comes with everything they did. When I opened my car they not only washed it but detailed my car. It looked excellent, it looked like a brand new car. Their customer service was top notch and I would recommend anyone to go there. “B&D has been very helpful getting my 3 vehicles back up and running. They have repaired hail damage on a Honda Accord. They repaired dents and damage on a Nissan Altima. Finally, a deer hit a Nissan Altima of mine. B&D worked with the Geico adjuster to get the front end completely restored to look brand new. B&D was able to complete all vehicles in a timely manner.

He listened, examined, and cleared the drain. Chris also explained the possible issue and tested it two different ways with me. It took no more than ten minutes! He wasn't trying to push a bunch of services or promise a dream for a quick buck. He's a man of integrity.”
