“Chris, the manager, is my hero! I spent my morning calling shops in the area about my car draining issue. Chris was honest about what they specialized in but still offered to take a look at my car. He listened, examined, and cleared the drain. Chris also explained the possible issue and tested it two different ways with me. It took no more than ten minutes! He wasn't trying to push a bunch of services or promise a dream for a quick buck. He's a man of integrity.”

They kept me informed, treated my vehicle with care, and delivered outstanding results. If you're looking for a reliable auto body shop that takes pride in its work, I highly recommend them. “Best service ever!!! I was so impressed with the professionalism in communication and quality of service that I received from B & D Collision. They kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle never leaving me wondering what's going on. Everything that they said they would do, they did. Once I picked up my vehicle, I was very, very happy and pleased. Not only did they repair my damaged cadillac (and I love my car), but they went above and beyond my expectations and had washed and completed a detailed cleaning inside and out. No wonder these guys get such outstanding reviews, it's because it's true. If you ever need a body shop with excellent service, who cares about their quality of work and their customers satisfaction, then B & D Collision is the place to be. Thank you B & D Collision and my service rep. Blake. Y'all are the BEST!!!”

“I absolutely see why the reviews are full of praise about this shop and the gentleman that make this place what it is and has been for over 40 years! They were able to address an issue that otherwise would have forced me to be without a car for a week or two while the part was taken out and shipped back to the manufacturer. They were even transparent enough to warn me that my issue may not go away completely, but I don't believe it is at all, due to their lack of effort, that's for sure. They did the job in one day, which is a HUGE blessing, because of my busy schedule! 🙌🏽 Thank you gentleman, & Brad, you're indeed my stand up all around brother in Christ!”

“These guys are seriously AMAZING!! I cannot say enough good things about them. They went so far above and beyond to help me, and the customer service was honestly the best I could have asked for. They were completely honest and straightforward with me, no BS, no trying to sell me things I didn’t need, just genuinely trying to help. They also helped me SO much when it came to dealing with my warranty and figuring out all the steps I needed to take. They took the time to explain everything in a way I could actually understand and helped me navigate what could have been a complete headache. 😂 It is SO hard to find an auto shop you can genuinely trust. I am beyond grateful for everything they did for me and would recommend them to anyone! Seriously, if you need work done on your car, GO HERE!”

Called me before I got on the freeway. Honestly somebody else would’ve just let me go and keep the $18. That says a lot to me. Highly recommend.”

“Stop that first of all the first thing I would say is that this review is very late. I was actually headed to another O’Reilly and the Holy Spirit told me to go to this one on Galloway as I entered the door. Sonia greeted me with the hello and ask what she could do to help me. I explained to her there was a problem with my oil cap and I couldn’t get it removed. I actually broke it trying to remove it so Sonia went to work trying to remove the cap for me. I was actually about to give up and had said to one of her coworkers if they could just tell her, it’s OK I would try later. That’s when Sonia came walking from the back and she had removed the cap for me. Oh my God she went above and beyond she didn’t have to do it, but she did. She was so kind so so kind and helpful and very knowledgeable about other things I wanted to purchase thank you so much Sonia for your help and your kindness.”
