“Chris, the manager, is my hero! I spent my morning calling shops in the area about my car draining issue. Chris was honest about what they specialized in but still offered to take a look at my car. He listened, examined, and cleared the drain. Chris also explained the possible issue and tested it two different ways with me. It took no more than ten minutes! He wasn't trying to push a bunch of services or promise a dream for a quick buck. He's a man of integrity.”

They teach you how to measure your driveshaft, they loan you a yoke to take home and do your measurements, the driveshafts are always A1, and the service is second to none.”
“On July 8th, 2025 A driver and passenger were joyriding, speeding and recklessly switching lanes before they double collided with me on I-635 all while carrying no insurance. I was robbed emotionally, mentally and financially in this situation. Fortunately I found Alex’s shop with a quick Google search and got a quote for 1/3 of the price I’d gotten at 2 other shops. Repairs were quick, accurate color matching and excellent customer service. Alex was really flexible with the timeline of repairs stretching it to let me pay the balance once car was finished. “I recently had my vehicle repaired at Rios Collision in Mesquite after an accident, and I honestly could not be more impressed. When I picked up my car, you would never know it had ever been damaged. The paint match is perfect, the finish is flawless, and the shine looks exactly right from every angle.
I used to work in painting myself, so I know how difficult it can be to blend new paint into existing paint, especially with certain colors. Johnny and his team did an outstanding job — you simply cannot tell there was ever a repair.
What stood out just as much as the quality of the work was the professionalism of the entire shop. Johnny stayed in communication throughout the process, and Julie at the front desk made everything easy and comfortable from start to finish. Everyone there works hard and clearly takes pride in what they do.

I was actually headed to another O’Reilly and the Holy Spirit told me to go to this one on Galloway as I entered the door. Sonia greeted me with the hello and ask what she could do to help me. I explained to her there was a problem with my oil cap and I couldn’t get it removed. I actually broke it trying to remove it so Sonia went to work trying to remove the cap for me. I was actually about to give up and had said to one of her coworkers if they could just tell her, it’s OK I would try later. That’s when Sonia came walking from the back and she had removed the cap for me. Oh my God she went above and beyond she didn’t have to do it, but she did. She was so kind so so kind and helpful and very knowledgeable about other things I wanted to purchase thank you so much Sonia for your help and your kindness.”
