I wanted to take a moment to recognize an employee at your Sunnyvale location. I believe his name was Jacob (based on his name tag).
Around 7:00 PM, my six-year-old son accidentally dropped his Slurpee on the floor. Instead of just starting to clean up, Jacob went above and beyond—he immediately helped my son get a new Slurpee, carefully making sure he had the flavors he wanted. It was such a small act of kindness, but it made a big impression on us.
Please let Jacob and the team on that shift know they are doing a fantastic job. It’s great to see customer service like that in action.
