“This is the best service station in Forney. I get my tires worked on, all my vehicles inspected, and oil changed there and the price is always the lowest in town. They never have a "machine down" or any other excuse why they can't do the thing they're literally in business to do, unlike other service stations. I think the longest I've had to wait is maybe 20 minutes. I'd give 6 stars if I could.”

“Daniel and Larry were absolutely phenomenal with efficiency and accuracy during our visit to their shop. I had ran over a construction hat or something similar while driving on 635. It knocked my splash guard loose and had it dragging underneath my vehicle.I pulled into the shop and both Daniel and Larry immediately came to assist me and within minutes they were underneath my car and fixing my issues. They knew EXACTLY what to do and did it very quickly. All while me and my mom sat in the car with the air conditioning blowing listening to the radio.If you need your car serviced, you have and issue and not sure how to fix it, visit this shop. “I've used these guys twice once to have my car towed, when I called I was quoted $75. ( Which I was ok with) About 30 minutes later they called back and said they had misquoted me it was only going to be $60! Second time I went and got 2 used tires and unfortunately they both blew out on me the same day I called and left a message stating what had happened ( they were closed for the day already when it happened) & I'm aware there is no warranty on used tires. These guys called me back at 8am the following morning and gave me a full refund and apologized! Great people and I will continue to use them in the future!”

“I won’t go into details to try and make this as short as possible. My wife had a low tire and stopped at another DT to get it fixed and 6 days later the same tire was completely flat. I changed it for the spare and stopped at the Balch Springs location to see what my options would be. Rigo took the time to explain the process on how their patching process works and took care of me very professionally to tell me the value of the certificates when I purchased the tires. I thought I would have to go back to the original location the tire was patched to see about replacing it but he told me the experience should be the same at every DT and stood by his word. I’ve been to several DT since doing business with them the last 20 years and so far this location has provided a top notch experience. Definitely will keep coming back with my business at this location to show my appreciation to the staff.”

“I’ve came here before to replace my tires. They sold me really good used tires for a fair price. I had nails in 2 of my tires months later, and new they took card payments, so I returned. I was expecting to play for a plug and a new tire, but the young man informed me that he could plug the other tire too because it just has 2 nails and was still in decent shape. I really appreciated the integrity! Most places would’ve tried to have me buy a tire. He also checked the air in all tires and added some in the tires that were a little low. They also take contactless payments.Unfortunately, they don’t give the option to tip on the cards. I felt bad I couldn’t leave a tip :(”
