2nd Review
Back in May I had my 2017 Nissan Titan with 140,000 miles in for a problem with my transmission. After receiving the initial diagnosis and quote I decided to get 2 additional quotes just to make a decision on if I should get it fixed. I even consider selling it because it needed a new transmission (I personally wouldn’t put a used one on it). I went back to Scott’s after a couple months of thinking what to. I decided it was worth for me to invest so I can keep my truck for the long haul. I can say when I stepped into their business, I wasn’t just a number or a service ticket. I would recommend any vehicle repair you may be in need of, give Scott’s a chance to diagnose and provide an estimate. I’m satisfied with the results and I have a 3 yr 36,000 mile warranty that I can come back directly to them in the future if needed. I honestly couldn’t imagine having to sell it because of the repair cost. It was my 1st new truck purchase and I planned on keeping it forever. Trust Scott’s Automotive and you won’t be disappointed, I had it back in less time than expected couldn’t be happier.”

“The shop ordered and got the tires delivered same day I called them about my tire getting blown out. 4 replacement tires and labor costed $200 less than Discount Tires, and the treadware for the tires I got was significantly better than what I was looking at getting there. When I took my car in to get the tires changed it seriously took 20 minutes. Highly recommend for speed and price.”

“Jeff, thank you for being an honest and customer oriented business owner. After being told by three other tire shops ( Walmart, discount tire, Kwik car) that my flat tire is unrepairable, I sent a picture to Jeff showing the flat which was at the edge with the inner side wall, and he said he could fix it with a sidewall patch from inside. It saved me the hassle and unnecessary expense to replace at least my front tires which would have been at least $900 because I have an expensive Falken all terrain tire.. and these tires still have enough thread for another 20-30k. I would highly recommend this place.”

“Went to get my state inspection and decided to get an oil changed. It was fast and easy. All the guys are great and so professional. I ran some errands and my car wouldn’t start. Reached out to Daniel. And he said he would run a diagnostic for free and find the issue. I got my car towed back. Found out my starter needed replacing They were swamped but Daniel got me in as quickly as possible. I had an important cooperate outing and Daniel gave me an estimated time of 2 hours. He got me out in an hour and a half. He gave me a military discount by zeroing out the hazmat fee and shop fees. Daniel was great with breaking down the pricing and everything I needed to get back to my day.I appreciate you guys!!!”
