“Always very professional. I have used Capps several times over many years. I have never had a problem with the vans i rented or the people. Occasionally, there has been an issue with van availability but I guess that's what you get when you run your business well. my latest rental was with 15 passenger Ford Transit vans. They drove really well and performed flawlessly. We got a little over 14 MPG. Not bad. We will use Capps again in the future.”
“Great location especially if you have trailer you can drop on lot if you need any repairs. Mechanics are straight forward; you will probably have a wait but you instantly get choice for break room or go back home for further details. My idea spot for dropping of a truck for repairs and finding a bigger enough spot in the Dallas area to drop my trailer until repairs was finished.”

“I just wanted to say that this location took care of my sister and myself! Both U-haul reps working on Sunday were amazing! LaPatra was sweet and kind and Chandler was the real MVP! Had an issue with our reservation that was implemented by another location and my sister and I had to pick the truck and trailer from the Sunnyvale location and something ended up messed up with our drop off due to having an out of town drop off. Chandler went above and beyond to help us get exactly what we needed! I and so grateful for Chandlers help, he made all of this easy! I even had to call back today and Chandler was willing to hear me out and solve another issue I had today! I will be using this location again as they are extremely helpful and have amazing customer service!”
