I've been to a number of Leslie's locations, in Austin and beyond. And this location is by far my favorite. Heather, the manager, has been friendly and helpful every time I have visited, no matter what pool issue I had.

Heather, Chris and the rest of the staff are wonderful. They are very knowledgeable about pool mechanics and chemistry. Plus they manage to be patient, fair and respectful when overrun by customers. We love this store and the staff!
