We have been here many times in the past but of course Covid affected everything. The other day we went in to check out a few items and found out that our favorite worker had left a couple of years ago. :-( . However we met some nice people and found out that they can board da Kats Moose and Squirrel if needed for an emergency.

Store completely unorganized. The ferrets had feces everywhere in their cage and flies. Absolutely disgusting, take better care of the animals in your care.

Took my dog here for boarding at the PetsHotel, we had the best service. Emily was so kind and helpful and was truly a gem to work with. I was pleasantly surprised and will be bringing him back!

My recent visit to Petsmart for my dog’s grooming was an unpleasant experience that fell short of my expectations in several aspects. Especially given the great reviews maybe I just went on a bad day.. nonetheless -Upon arrival, an overwhelming odor, reminiscent of Fritos, greeted me, indicating a lack of cleanliness I hadn’t encountered at other grooming establishments. The pet brushes on sale had clumps of fur, a red flag suggesting poor hygiene practices, as these were being sold despite clear signs of prior use.The staff’s conduct added to my concerns. While a couple of employees, an adult gentleman and Tina, were professional and courteous, three young women in their early 20s were engrossed in personal conversations. One of them, out of uniform, sitting clearly relaxed as If it were here own home - was eating while chatting it up, an unprofessional sight in front of customers to say the least.During the grooming process, I observed a troubling incident. One of the women handling a dog displayed impatience and annoyance when the dog reacted slightly to having its nails trimmed. Instead of offering reassurance or pausing, she yanked the dog’s paw, showing a lack of empathy towards the animal. Despite my unease, I reluctantly left my dog in Tina’s care after she assured me she’d be the only one handling my pet.A call an hour and a half later revealed they couldn’t complete some grooming tasks and that my dog had an accident on the table, leading to an apparent trauma preventing further work on her paws. This was alarming as I’ve never received such feedback after previous grooming visits elsewhere.Upon returning to collect my dog, I encountered further issues. There was confusion regarding payment, with an employee asking if I had already paid despite having done so online. Additionally, my dog was returned with a damp coat and wearing another dog’s harness, leading to an awkward and unprofessional exchange.I requested a partial refund for the incomplete grooming, which the manager, Caitlin, handled professionally and amicably, and for that, I am grateful. However, what concerns me most is that the next day, my dog developed a cough, prompting an immediate visit to the vet.In conclusion, my experience at Petsmart was disheartening, highlighting cleanliness and professionalism concerns that need addressing. While Caitlin’s handling of the refund was appreciated, my dog’s health post-visit is worrisome. Until these issues are resolved, I advise caution or exploring other grooming options.

I’m absolutely appalled by my dog’s bath and brush grooming experience with Linda V on 9/23/23. First, nobody called or texted after he was there for a few hours to let me know he was ready. I finally called and they said he’s ready. I prepaid online and headed out. When I got there, there was no report card for him. The employee that looked said to another that Linda was the groomer and seemed to knowingly understand why but didn’t say anything. When I saw my black lab I noticed his fur was very flat. When he gets bathed his fur gets wavy and has more volume. He was also bone dry which never is the case after a bath. When I got in my car I sniffed his head. It didn’t smell like anything. Neither wet dog nor clean dog. I sniffed his back and that smelled fragrant. By the time I got home I was sure he wasn’t actually bathed. I fully believe he was just sprayed with some doggy cologne and sent on his way. I can’t believe the employees had the audacity to do this. I understand things happen but they should have been honest with me. I didn’t say anything at the time or even call but I just got my dog from his doggy daycare today and they bathed him. His fur is shiny, wavy, and damp. Clearly he had a bath. It just confirms that I was charged for a bath that didn’t happen at PetSmart and my time was wasted as well. I’m a teacher and can’t afford to be giving major corporations money for services not rendered. I won’t be back.

Sarah in the vaccination client whom I just spoke to on the phone had absolutely horrible customer service. After my appointment tomorrow I will be looking into switching clinics.

Grooming services:We took our Cavachon for his first grooming today. Luckily, we were able to get in same day. The staff were super nice and he got a great cut. We'll definitely use them again!

Madeline did such a great job with my old lady Layla! She listened to to my specific requests and took extra time to make sure Layla looked perfect! Highly recommend Madeline for your pet’s groom at Petsmart on Brodie!

Horrible experience. I will not return to this location or any Pet-smart for any animal services ever again. First they tried to up-charge me $50 for services, then you put my cat last, made me pick him up 4 hours later with no services done and then told me to come back on another day? Some real BS. Groomer confessed that she had never groomed a cat before when I picked up my cat. UNREAL!!!

Took Winston to the PetSmart store to remove few tangled hairs and give him a bath. My only request was to remove the coconut oil I spilled on him from his hair because I couldn't remove all of it at home. They took him in and charged me $11 extra for the oil. View his wet picture- This is how they gave him to me and with a towel to dry him myself at home with an invoice of ~$100.. hair still as oily as it was. They blamed it on Winston for not drying him saying "he didn't like the fan" and asked me to bathe him myself again at home to remove the oil completely Winston normally goes to As The Fur Flies and no issues there. They give him to me fluffy and fresh. His groomer is out sick so I took him to PetSmart and I regret it. DONT take your cat there (they verbatim said cats are harder to groom than dogs because they don't stand like dogs and they sit instead so they can never get it done properly). The girls are nice however so I gave this experience 2 stars and never going back! I don't like giving bad reviews but this was not OK at all.
