My dog had a appointment at 10 said would take 3-4 hours so waited for 4 hours went to get him at 2 when I get there they said another hour y I asked they said they were busy I said no I will just take him then the guy said to me there is other groomers to go to but my dog was there 4 hours with him what a stupid guys they are very unprofessional he should not even work there how is he going to tell me to go somewhere else when they already had my dog for 4 hours and did nothing to him

This place is chronically understaffed. Every time I go in there is exactly ONE cashier working. Can't even get curbside in a timely manner.

Wish I could give zero stars. Took my husky here for the FURminator treatment. My poor dog came out 3 hours later looking worse than he started. So now I have to go home and give him another blowout and brush. Not sure what I spent $75 on but I definitely will not be taking any of my pets here again. If you are not confident with certain breeds please tell the client so they don’t waste their money.

We took our golden retriever in for her 12:30 scheduled appointment and never received a call that she was ready so we went at 4:30 to pick her up only to learn she had been kenneled for 4 hours with no water or potty break and her grooming had not even started! We took her home and she drank water voraciously and appeared visibly traumatized. We will not be going back to Petsmart.

I was seeking immediate and lil information on boarding. Tried multiple times to reach the location through call to know more about the pet boarding services but they transfer and put me on hold for 40mins.
When I cut that call and called them back instead of even greeting she directly put me on hold with no information!
Such a bad help desk who don’t live up to the name they have.

I recently took my dog to Maggie at the grooming salon and I was really impressed with her services. The grooming quality was top notch and my dog seemed so happy & well cared for after her appointment. I have a golden chow so I am always searching for a quality groomer and that’s definitely Maggie! I highly recommend her!
