A small grocery store with limited products selection. A bit over priced compared to dollar general and family fare. For a small town, it will do in a pinch.

Genuinely, the best pharmacy and staff I’ve ever used and I worked in Pharmaceuticals for almost 15 years. The pharmacists and staff care about their customers and work hard to provide excellent service. B&B Pharmacy in Tatum, TX definitely deserves some corporate recognition.
