“We had to leave a $50. Deposit and it was fine, but when we got ready to get it back , it took three to four businesses days. That is my only problem. If they can take it in one hour they should be able to put it back, the same way.”

“Thank you, Caleb!!! I had rented a car in Ohio and was visiting family in Texas and due to circumstances I needed to extend my rental. I was in a panic as I couldn't extend my reservation over the phone via the 1-800 number. So, I drove to the local retailer and Caleb was there. He was very helpful! He was able to extend my rental without charging me extra fees. Upon my return of the rental car to Ohio the representative there stated that Caleb billed me correctly and not all Avis representatives do this properly. Thanks again Caleb! I appreciate your kindness as well as your fantastic customer service!”
