“Our company truck broke down about a mile from Joel's shop and we had it towed there late on a Monday afternoon/evening. The crew at Universal Auto Repair got it looked and fixed on Tuesday and we were able to pick it up on Wednesday! The price was reasonable and I couldn't ask for quicker service! We need this vehicle on a daily basis, so having it fixed and returned quickly was a real life saver. Thanks, Joel and Teresa and everyone else on the team!!

When I called this servive at 6:30 pm, ,the tires were ordered while we talked on the phone…& they were installed promptly the next day by noon! I have always been very pleased with all my tire needs there and have found the owner to be extraordinarily honest and highly accomodating. MANY THANKS. ?”

Fair prices, staff that don't spend hours trying to upsell you on stuff you don't need, etc...if you're looking for a gleaming, corporate establishment with drink machines and daytime TV, this is definitely NOT it. Thankfully, that's not what I am looking for. They can be busy (especially on the Saturday morning I dropped by), but they get you in and out with a minimum of fuss. Highly recommended.”
“A1 service!! They took my car and diagnosed my AC problem. Even though I was out of town, they maintain telephone communication. They even provided a recommendation to ensure the problem.does not occur again. I was not financially able to fulfill that obligation. Tony was willing to accommodate me and told me when I was ready to perform.thw replacement, let him know. I will definitely go there for all my 2007 Toyota Camry repairs. The owner, (I can't remember his name) is a wonderful guy. We talked for an hour after I dropped my car off. He was very attentive and definitely earned my trust for all future automobile repair needs.”

“We went to pick up a hydrolic hose to replace one on the skid steer that we use on the farm. Their computer system was down so they couldn't enter the item into the system and couldn't process the payment. They let us take it as it was needed at the farm, and allowed us to return the next day to pay for it - now that is service!”

“Came here around 5:30 to get an oil change (yes I felt bad but work until 5 so it was the only time i could come) but still had fantastic service! They got it done by 6 and the guy at the front(can’t remember his name) was very informative and let me know what I needed but didn’t try to upsell anything or force me into anything which I definitely like. Added one thing to my oil change and got a quote for a tune up that I will definitely be back for!! 10/10 recommend for any and all services here! So far, I’m very impressed especially since they actually have my oil filter in stock all the time unlike Strickland Bros.”

“Went to Taylor muffler shop to get an H-pipe installed on a 2024 Ford Mustang GT Premium. Gentlemen knew exactly what I was requesting, and completed the resonator delete / H-pipe install in less than 30 mins. I watched them perform the work and they knew exactly what they were doing. Experienced muffler shop mechanics. I highly recommend this shop and I don’t usually make reviews. Great place , great prices, great service!”
