“The team at LOAR took great care of me. My car’s A/C was blowing only hot air in the middle of the August Texas heat, so I brought it in to have it checked out. They quickly identified the problem as rodent damage to the power connector for the A/C compressor.
They repaired the connector and had me back on the road in about two hours. Excellent service and fast, professional work. I highly recommend LOAR for auto repair and maintenance.”

“I know my vehicle is a headache to work on, but this shop has done an amazing job and the only shop it has gone to. Byron is an extremely excellent mechanic and you can tell he has been doing this for a while. Really knows what he is doing and has the knowledge to fix anything that you bring to him. Within minutes found my coolant leaks and fixed them in no time. Was amazing about rerouting my knock sensors to make them easier to change out and now I don’t have to take the intake out to replace them. Figured out that my camshaft was bad with just listening to it and had the part there to be replaced in less than a hour. Couldn’t get my other vehicle started in years, he tested to make sure all the computers to see which one was the best one and figured out it was one of the connector that was broken. He identified my oil problem that I have been having issues with for years and made sure my sensors were all working properly. He even informed me which oil was best for my vehicle since it’s older and explained why my vehicle needs that type of oil. Extremely fair price about everything that was done on my vehicles every time and made it very affordable which was awesome for me. Everything got that got fixed by him was done in an extremely timely manner. Everything was talked about before hand and explained everything throughly to make sure I knew what the problem was and how it was going to be fixed. You can tell Byron is a great teacher because the technicians really do know a lot and you can tell they have learned a lot from him by all of their knowledge on vehicles. Answered my questions to best of their knowledge and if they didn’t know it, then they would make sure Byron would explain it to me. Keegan has helped me out so much by answering all my questions to where I could understand it and is an outstanding technician by all the work he has done. He really does enjoy his job and is extremely knowledgeable under Byron’s training. Was able to change out my tire rods, ball joints,replaced the lower control arm on the passenger side, helped fix my fuel system, and was even Sweet enough to make sure that my suspension was even. Very resourceful and knows how to explain in a way that everyone could understand so there was no miscommunication. Josh did a fantastic job on mounting the knock sensors in the areas that Byron told him to put them, helped solve my brake problem, helped with my alternator, and helping me with my door panel, fixed my door handle/lock within minutes. Answered my all my questions I was having with my vehicle and helped bleed the air in my brake line when the nut refused to loosen off. Everyone there is extremely time efficient and really knows how to get the job done. There has been times that they worked with my schedule to make sure everything got fixed and stayed late multiple times to help me. Made sure to keep me updated on everything that was going on and how long it would take. Extremely polite by the way they talk to you and the positive attitudes they come to work with. You can tell they love their job and know what they are doing. I highly recommend them to everyone and suggest going there if you want your vehicles fixed correctly. They will make sure your vehicles are working better than ever and can figure anything out. You can really tell they are dedicated to their job and make sure everything is working properly before you drive off the lot. Thanks!”
