“I think the girls who work in this little shack do an outstanding job. They are very knowledgeable and pleasant. They definitely are the main reason I am sticking with Boost Mobile. The corporate customer service is so frustrating to work with... they eventually get it right, but the wait on the phone, getting transferred so many times including to numbers that aren't in service, and having to call 6 or 7 times to get it resolved make a customer want to go to a different phone service.
