Horrible management. Rude, and need to work on their customer service skills. These people have attitude, and ALL need to be fired. They dont seem to understand how massively their clientele struggles. They cater to people who need credit and need furniture. They should know that people are going to be having difficulty paying, but no. Haven't used them in over 10 years, and they have even more attitude now than they did back then

I honestly can’t say anything bad about Aaron’s. I purchased my washer and dryer from them and that went good; so I purchased a TV off of them. There was one time that they had some confusion on their end on, if I made a payment and they showed up at my place. I was alerted at the time, however, the lady apologized for the mix up and left. Their was one time that I was a Day late on my payment and they had threatened to come to my apartment knowing full well I was at work and my son who is a minor was there by himself. I let them know that in doing so they will be met by my surveillance cameras and I would be pressing charges against them for trying to be in the presence of a minor without any Adults within the home at the time. After that little altercation they have been perfectly fine. No issues at all.

If I could give negative stars I would. My brother died in November. When he was living, he bought a sofa set. He was under a plan that if anything happened to him his purchase would be paid off. After my brother died, they asked for a copy of his death certificate. My sister provided a copy of the death certificate to them. So why are they still calling my family asking to speak to my brother????

I love the guys that deliver and set up purchases I made. .however never ask the online 'chat' assistant on your phone as it will permanently keep you from shopping online with Aaron's in the future and puts a bug in your phone. Management didn't seem to care and kinda blew it off. Vet busy store in Killeen so no they don't take customer satisfaction very seriously but love their furniture and will buy from them again . .

Don’t ever get anything from here ! They will come in your house if you only a day late, my sister walked downstairs and there was a woman in my kitchen ! Then after that they wiggled the door knobs for days after I told them I needed a couple days to pay it and they said it was okay constantly they knocked wiggled the door knob and scared my sister when she was home alone ! It was a scary experience I suggest not to come here because all their employees are really rude in general

Over the past 4 yrs we have gotten diffrent items from arrons never any problems prices are good, delivery was good sometimes a little a late but thats all good. Love the reminder emails on payments im so forget full. Five stars from us.

Wow, I do not even know here to begin! But from the time that I decided to purchase from Aaron’s was a disaster, I normally do not rent appliances or furniture for that matter, I normally pay in full but due to unforeseen circumstances I had to rent appliances for my home. They have made my life a complete nightmare because I was behind one payment , they have Harassed me with a multitude of phone calls on multiple occasions (too many time to count), and often times after I’ve already spoken to someone. The harassment became so bad, that I told them to just come pick up their merchandise. I spoke with manager named Ingrid 9/13/23 and, explained my situation to her and, why I no longer wanted to keep the merchandise. We set up a day for pickup 9/15/23 and, the day before pick up 9/14/23 an unauthorized payment was taken out of my account for $245. Normally, they have to obtain your permission to process a payment but this was not done. Another one of the store representatives or manager named Sam or Samantha had took upon her self to apply the charge and stated that I had set up a payment with her on 9/7/23 which was false. If this was to be true why did I continue to be harassed every day until 9/13/23? They also were popping up at my house, as I work from home I found this to be very stressful. I will never in my life purchase anything from this company and if you are reading this I wouldn’t recommend you to do so either. I felt like I was about to go insane. The experience with Aaron’s is one I will never forget.

These people will treat you like family at first, but they will immediately turn into bullies when you fall in hard times, even if you're one day late. They will belittle you, speak over you, harass you & your young ones. They will call you from a fake phone number app instead from their store number back to back, if I may add, AND charge you a home visit fee on top of your payments. They lied to me telling me that I'm not allowed to make online payments & that I have to call in & speak to someone each time I need to make a payment. I became so uncomfortable with the people in this store that I purposely did not update my address when we moved & Continued to make my payments online. I am so glad that I no longer will have to deal with these bullies, I will not be going back to this company again. I'd rather pick up furniture or anything else that would be offered by Aaron's from the side of road before ever coming back to this company. It's just not worth the emotional distress that they cause. Anyone who 5 stars this company probably works for Aaron's or they're fake reviews.For the "owners" who reply to these reviews, don't bother replying unless you plan on compensating me for my experience with your company and I'm not talking about store credit either. Obviously these reviews aren't enough to have changed the ways of how your employees &/or procedures work if reviews like mine are still being left to warn others. I hope Aaron's will have the future it deserves.

Never will I shop with this company again. What a headache. Found the same bed for 400.00 they charging me 2200! I'll pass. Cannot wait for them to be out of my hair. What a headache.

Worst customer service experience at Aaron's temple tx location. We had 2 general managers come to our home at 8:00 & after 9pm at night banging on doors and our windows extremely hard and loud. To a point where our neighbors cameras recorded sound. Then 1 of the lady managers got an attitude with my youngest daughter.... we had a Recliner set that broke and they never came to fix it. But wanted the payment each time. The lady manager cursed out my husband on the phone. She also caught an attitude with my mother n law on the phone as well. I will recommend Aaron's to anyone

Tried charging me 180.00 when my app says 123.13? Called regional manager and stated that was wrong. This franchise is going to have a lawsuit against them for overcharging Thier customers. I'll never buy frok here again. Bed 1200.00 same bed on Amazon for 350.00. Thanks for wasting my energy time and effort, Aaron's. Terrible customer service. Manager stated she set my payments up for 2x aonth. For the whole year I've been paying one payment because she did not do her job. Which was a very small task.
