“Kat runs the ship here at A-1. Don’t judge a book by its cover. The exterior of the building is the epitome of nondescript. However, the interior is anything but. Filled with every imaginable vacuuming device known to man, it’s the Vacuum Kingdom.
I have to inform the public- be prepared to receive a healthy dose of cleaning education. Kat can talk. It’s not your dull talk though. It’s informative, and you get a sense that you are standing before someone that you can count on to take care of your vacuuming needs…after all that’s why I went in the first place..it is Sewing AND Vacuuming.
Another cue to take from this review is understand that you’ll need to trust in Kat..it may take a couple of weeks for your repair to get completed, but it’s well worth the wait. Moderate to a bit on the higher side for repair (I paid $265-ish for my Royal) but all things aside I know it’ll be a long while before I need another vacuum doctor visit.
She’s keen to her customers concerns and values them. I’d recommend A-1 Vacuum and Sewing to anyone who wants reliability and trustworthiness. Thank you Kat. I love my Royal Vacuum cleaner again! Oh- and so does my wife!”
“I went shopping at Home Depot for a Father’s Day gift. The first employee I met told me she was off the clock and walked away. I went for help at customer service and the young woman behind the counter totally ignored me and offered assistance to a man who came after me. Thank goodness for Amos! He knows the importance of customer service. He helped order the compound miter saw I was looking for and got it delivered to my house. Amos thank you again for all your help.”

“Purchased 4 outdoor loungers. Melissa was super helpful, very nice, in-store. Had to get two of the loungers from another location for us and delivered all 4 of them 40 miles away to our home. Alfredo calked me at work to let me know he was at our house to deliver. I asked him to just put them in the backyard, I’d set up later. Instead he offered to store the old loungers for me and set the new ones up in their place. Texted me pictures of the final setup. Perfect! Really nice gentleman Service was 5 star all around! People that are a pleasure to work with!”
