These guys offer a lifetime warranty but thus far I haven't needed it because they do such a great job. I highly recommend these guys for all your tinting needs.”
“My ford expedition engine light came on I read all of the reviews about the Ford dealership in Killeen, Texas and they were not good. I read the review on Johnson Brothers Ford in Temple and I only saw one bad review so I took my expedition to them. I was told I needed certain repairs done after they ran a diagnostic on all of the items I listed one of the parts I had repaired turns out could have waited the part that can't really wait will now have to wait because it's just as expensive as the part that I had repaired over $2,000 Ford won't help with the cost because they say my vehicle is too old even though I just had a Ford dealership put a brand new engine in it. Justin did his best to try to get them to help me with the cost of the repair but he was told my truck is too old.He went out of his way to help me out. I'm a little disappointed how my case was handled, but I am glad to have my truck back.”

I might suggest it could maybe stand a couple of signs directing traffic from the more traveled roadway, something at each turn telling you which way to go and you're almost there? But this is the 21st century and pretty nearly everybody has a handheld Gadget that can get them where they want to go... ?”

Even though they were full they worked her car in and started working on it so that we could get our rental through insurance. They completed many repairs in a timely manner and did a fantastic job. “Did they overcharge me for the battery? Maybe.Did they get the work done quickly and effectively? Yep!I came in, told them the issue and the got to work. I brought my own parts, they didn't scoff at me.Outside of the battery price, though to be fair the battery they put in is priced properly...I would have bought a Walmart battery.I will only use this shop going forward.I work on my own cars mostly but when I'm being lazy or it requires more tools than I want to buy, I'm going here.It's hard to find a good mechanic, these guys are a gem.Took less than 24hours to have my car fully operational again.Service: Engine repair”

“I had an exceptional experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts on Tuesday night, 09/03/2024, all thanks to Cameron. I was dealing with a frustrating issue where my OBD2 connector wasn’t working, and I couldn’t read the engine light code on my 2020 Ford Explorer. It turns out Ford had done some sort of loop that disconnected my OBD2 connector, making it impossible for me to check the code. I hadn’t signed up for Ford’s monitoring system, so I was at a loss on how to fix this issue.
Cameron, without even seeing the vehicle, quickly identified that this was the exact problem and guided me through the process of disconnecting Ford’s system so I could get the OBD2 reader working. His knowledge and quick thinking were impressive, and he saved me a lot of time and frustration. I was able to read the code and get the issue fixed, all thanks to his expert advice.
Cameron truly exemplifies what quality customer service should be. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me solve my problem. O’Reilly Auto Parts is lucky to have such a dedicated and skilled employee on their team. I can’t recommend Cameron enough for his outstanding service!”

“I had planned to get an oil change on Thursday. Monday afternoon i was informed of a family emergency that required me to be in Ft Worth early on Tuesday. I called Don Ringler Chevy Service and spoke with Andrea. As i explained my dilemma she quickly assured me if I came in early on Tuesday they would complete the service and get me on the road. Arriving at the dealership by 7:15 Andrea took my information and quickly had my truck in the service bay. I was on the road in no time, just as Andrea promised. My recommendation?
