“I called and said that my mom had side swiped my car. That I think they could’ve just buffed it out and it might need a little paint. A guy on the phone ( I can’t remember his name) was so willing to help. I asked him how much he thought it would be. He said just come down here and we will get you taken care of!! He buffed it out, used a little paint pen on it and bam!! He said no charge, just wanted to help me out. I tried to tip him and he refused. It’s nice to see we have community and people who care here!! Definitely go here and they’ll help you out the best they can like family.”

“These guys are awesome. They've done two of my vehicles now. They always get me in and out quickly. The waiting area is nice but there is also a diner one block over so you can eat while you wait. These guys offer a lifetime warranty but thus far I haven't needed it because they do such a great job. I highly recommend these guys for all your tinting needs.”
“My ford expedition engine light came on I read all of the reviews about the Ford dealership in Killeen, Texas and they were not good. I read the review on Johnson Brothers Ford in Temple and I only saw one bad review so I took my expedition to them. I was told I needed certain repairs done after they ran a diagnostic on all of the items I listed one of the parts I had repaired turns out could have waited the part that can't really wait will now have to wait because it's just as expensive as the part that I had repaired over $2,000 Ford won't help with the cost because they say my vehicle is too old even though I just had a Ford dealership put a brand new engine in it. Justin did his best to try to get them to help me with the cost of the repair but he was told my truck is too old.He went out of his way to help me out. I'm a little disappointed how my case was handled, but I am glad to have my truck back.”

“Did they overcharge me for the battery? Maybe.Did they get the work done quickly and effectively? Yep!I came in, told them the issue and the got to work. I brought my own parts, they didn't scoff at me.Outside of the battery price, though to be fair the battery they put in is priced properly...I would have bought a Walmart battery.I will only use this shop going forward.I work on my own cars mostly but when I'm being lazy or it requires more tools than I want to buy, I'm going here.It's hard to find a good mechanic, these guys are a gem.Took less than 24hours to have my car fully operational again.Service: Engine repair”

“Single mom, and my daughter’s windshield wipers needed to be replaced. I ordered what I thought were the right ones in my Walmart delivery. Of course they didn’t fit and it’s 9:30pm. 5 straight days of rain ahead so we drove there. The man and lady working tonight were absolutely amazing. Her car was tricky and they stayed and put the wipers on and made sure we were good. I wish I’d gotten their names. Will ? only use this place from now on! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I had planned to get an oil change on Thursday. Monday afternoon i was informed of a family emergency that required me to be in Ft Worth early on Tuesday. I called Don Ringler Chevy Service and spoke with Andrea. As i explained my dilemma she quickly assured me if I came in early on Tuesday they would complete the service and get me on the road. Arriving at the dealership by 7:15 Andrea took my information and quickly had my truck in the service bay. I was on the road in no time, just as Andrea promised. My recommendation?
