“From the Service Manager to the Mechanic (Juan) that serviced my car I was very happy with updates and the time frame to complete the repairs on the retractable hardtop on my 2012 BMW Z4 35i. Juan was able to quickly identify and repair the errors causing my hardtop not to lock in place or retract. I have read a lot about what kind of issues the retractable hardtop can have, and Juan quickly identified 2 broken wires and a bad limit switch and made the corrective actions required expeditiously. “Unfortunately, I became stranded while traveling very far from home. My alternator belt snapped, during a heavy rainstorm and I was by myself and unsure how I was even going to get home. I was referred to Mr. Mcnamara's shop and was able to get it to him pretty quickly. If you are in Temple Texas, I am telling you. Do not bother going anywhere else other than this shop. My car was fixed quickly and very thoroughly. Everything was checked to make sure that it was safe for me to continue and get home safely. The pricing was beyond amazing. I was also able to spend a time with an amazing receptionist and had a wonderful discussion on family and life in general. I was amazed at how delicate, caring and incredibly kind everyone was. Please make sure and give Willie, Max and the other two pups extra scratches for me. The opossums also. lol Thank the mechanic for working so hard and doing such a wonderful job! Thank you is not enough. Good people do exist. I FOUND THEM.”

I brought my own parts, they didn't scoff at me.Outside of the battery price, though to be fair the battery they put in is priced properly...I would have bought a Walmart battery.I will only use this shop going forward.I work on my own cars mostly but when I'm being lazy or it requires more tools than I want to buy, I'm going here.It's hard to find a good mechanic, these guys are a gem.Took less than 24hours to have my car fully operational again.Service: Engine repair”
