“Long story short. My insurance company did some very last minute changes to my quote and some lost in translation/ just plain old bad luck communication flubs playing triangle telephone which was more so on the insurance side. But none the less I’m happy with the way things came out and Gerber in temple worked with us to make it right and the truck looks outstanding. Advice to the customers if your working with insurance keep up the communication with them and don’t let them make changes with out your knowledge. I feel like the insurance companies could do better at communicating and not leaving everything to the App and Ai to take care of.”

“Took my wife’s cat here after an accident. Insurance wanted $1,000+ but we thought there had to be a better way. We looked into this shop and the owner was nice and helpful. He quoted us $200 to buff out the damaged areas, pop dents, AND reset the advanced sensors. It only took them one day. Their work was so good, I went the very next day to have a scratch worked on that I had for over a year. Quotes I had received were north of $600. This shop knocked it out for $150! And it looks great! They have earned any and all future business and they’re great to work with. Highly recommend!!!”
