A guy on the phone ( I can’t remember his name) was so willing to help. I asked him how much he thought it would be. He said just come down here and we will get you taken care of!! He buffed it out, used a little paint pen on it and bam!! He said no charge, just wanted to help me out. I tried to tip him and he refused. It’s nice to see we have community and people who care here!! Definitely go here and they’ll help you out the best they can like family.”

My only minor complaint is that the inside of the truck was a bit dusty when it was returned—it would be nice if the vehicle was vacuumed before pickup. “Long story short. My insurance company did some very last minute changes to my quote and some lost in translation/ just plain old bad luck communication flubs playing triangle telephone which was more so on the insurance side. But none the less I’m happy with the way things came out and Gerber in temple worked with us to make it right and the truck looks outstanding. Advice to the customers if your working with insurance keep up the communication with them and don’t let them make changes with out your knowledge. I feel like the insurance companies could do better at communicating and not leaving everything to the App and Ai to take care of.”
