My insurance company did some very last minute changes to my quote and some lost in translation/ just plain old bad luck communication flubs playing triangle telephone which was more so on the insurance side. But none the less I’m happy with the way things came out and Gerber in temple worked with us to make it right and the truck looks outstanding. Advice to the customers if your working with insurance keep up the communication with them and don’t let them make changes with out your knowledge. I feel like the insurance companies could do better at communicating and not leaving everything to the App and Ai to take care of.”
