We really enjoyed our room.The maid did an awesome job. I really enjoyed the front desk lady! She was very helpful, very friendly. This being an older motel, is a nice, and safeplace to stay. If we are back in Temple and need a place to stay we certainly will stay at the Budget Inn!!!

This a basic hotel. No pool, no breakfast. But it is clean, and and has the essential amenities. You won’t find a better hotel for the price in Temple. That’s because the prices in the area are 50 to 100 percent greater than than almost everywhere else, possibly due to the high demand created by transient military personnel

Bed was comfy and room was very clean however it was a smoking room or had been, and I had requested non-smoking. Good place to stay.
