“When I travel I stay almost exclusively at Hamptons and other Hilton hotels. This location is by far the nicest I have stayed in. Hotel employees were friendly and helpful. Our room exceeded any expectations. The breakfast was delicious and the ladies in the kitchen area were friendly and accommodating. I was very pleased with our stay and highly recommend this hotel.”

“I walked in and was greeted pleasantly. Had a issue with wrong room and was taken care of rite away. This is a great hotel with amazing staff. Recommend to anyone and everyone. Restaurant and bar taboot.Food & drinks: Great. Full bar with a good menu. I didn't eat anything so can't say anything about food.”

“When we arrived the computers were down … no big deal ( some of the red lights were out all over town as well)We were greeted by the lovely Nia Byars she was so kind and pleasant to deal withThe room was wonderful cozy and smell very freshNia was so helpful In helping us find a good place too eat !My husband graduated from Temple High in 1957And this is his first visit back ! Your golden with this hotel which is nice because other hotels let you in between 2 and 3Food & drinks: There is chili's IHOP McDonald's Jack in the box cracker barrel and a whole other corner at the intersection full of restaurants there”

“Absolutely amazing customer service!! Robin and Kamron did very well. I have a client meeting in the Belton area. I live in between two city’s Austin and Dallas I travel this way a lot, some one stole my wallet.after I had made a reservation at Fairfield. They were in able to uphold my reservation. I called Robin to see if she could help. Which she did the last room In whole hotel she reserved for me and with three different forms of ID I was able to check in. My room is clean, sheets are fresh and tidy, smells great as well!!. Thank you residence Inn staff Temple Texas!!”

“Best stay ever. Rooms were spacious and clean. We got a double queen bed and it also has an additional sofa bed. Website didn't mention that, so that was a plus. We slept very confortable. Definitely in my list of favorites for this area.Food & drinks: Hot breakfast was good”

“This place meets my requirments when I am in town for business, which is 3 nights a week. It has basic room amenities expected. The staff knows me and always has my room key ready when I check in. I have stayed here several times, and never had any issues. Location is close to everything I need. Sam at the desk is always a pleasure to talk to. He has excellent customer service skills, and will take care of any issues quickly. That is the reason why this is my preferred place to stay when in Temple.”
