“First night here and I love the room. Nice big tv hung up on the wall. The decor in the room is awesome. I love the wood front table and the wood back wall the tv is hung on. The AC blows cold I felt like I was in an iceberg. Bed Is comfy. Pictures on the wall are cute. I like the hallways, their super quiet and very spaced out from door to door so you’re not hearing everything going on. Bathroom was nice and clean. Here because my AC went out in my house and wouldn’t be happier at a different hotel :)”

“I stayed here for work for a State related event. There was an issue where i was charged taxes that I was exempt from on my booking due to the event. I didn’t catch it on my receipt until I was back at my office. I had to call back to have the fees removed. However it turns out someone from the hotel had already taken care of removing the fees and refunding the difference and I was sent the updated receipt. First time I’ve stayed at a hotel and the fees were corrected without hassle. So that was pretty cool.”

Just would like to comment on the hotel Holiday inn where I and family stayed for a few nights
I totally enjoyed everything about this hotel
The rooms were amazing clean no issues with bed bugs. And of course that's number one at any hotels you stay at that's the first thing you want to know before you even get there
Breakfast was amazing the food was truly good and there were many choices.
The young lady of color that worked in the breakfast area was amazing
Her personality was beautiful she was very genuinely friendly and attentive.
The people at the front desk were also really nice and attentive..
So all in all it's a great place to stay and the prices are not overpriced as of yet.
I was a little disappointed only in the fact that they do not have microwaves in your room anymore or not even on the floor..
When I did inquire I was expecting them to tell me that it's on the floor there's one on each floor which I think is a better choice than having to go all the way downstairs to heat up a cup of coffee or anything else you might have in your room
For whatever reason they do not have microwaves in the room anymore they should at least have it on each floor..
And also accommodate anyone that may not take elevators there should be another way to get up to the floors other than an elevator I am one of those people and I had to go out the door every time to go to the outside door to get up to my second floor room
We did inquire about a first floor and when we got there they didn't have any available I was very disappointed in that..
But all in all the cleanliness the service even the price was very good I give this place a five-star rating..
I'm hoping to return to visit family during the summer and that will definitely be the place I stay hopefully by then they may have made some changes with the microwave situation and also making sure the room that you inquire about is available when you get there..”
“The pool & hot tub were unavailable which are the main 2 things I was looking forward to. However, we were compensated with 2 breakfast buffets. Breakfast is NOT included. The bed was extremely comfortable and the place is very welcoming and clean. Will definitely stay again.”

“Idk why this hotel isn’t rated better. The suite option was very helpful for helping us sleep our little children. The two front desk ladies that were on staff when we stayed were very helpful and kind. One helped us a lot with parking our truck with a trailer on it. She noticed and just took it upon herself to suggest where we could park when she saw we parked far away with our babies. Very sweet. And another helped us get into our room when we got locked out. It was clean, kitchen had what we needed and bathroom had everything we needed. We slept very comfortably.”

I explained that we needed a room for brother s 70th birthday. And that we really really enjoyed our stay recently. In Temple Texas.
The manager was nice and friendly helped me and my service animal.

“We were in Waco and wanted a central location with a Marriott property. Residence Inn is our go-to property and this hotel did not disappoint. The staff was most helpful, the breakfast was better than most, and the hotel had a nice overall feel. We would stay here again for sure.”
