Staff is helpful and efficient. Set up a trust account in 15 minutes and had it available in less than 24 hours while three other institutions required more than an hour and a half, with difficulty scheduling and/or requiring three 45 minute waits on the phone to get it correct. I only had to make a deposit, so I went to the drive-thru rather than go inside. When I pulled up, I was the first one in line at one of the drive-thru lanes. I was taken care of immediately and on my way within 5 minutes.
