Customer service is terrible. These tellers should work at the DMV. I don’t know who hired them, but they clearly don’t need need to be working in customer service.

The drive thru banking for business takes forever! Others using regular drive up banking comes and goes while business line I've waited for over an hour while seeing other drive up banking customers did their business and leave. An hour wait time with 3 cars in front of me.

Worst Bank ever Close drive thru at 5pm on Friday's!! Who can bank like this? No virtual banker to help you I would never get a bank account here ever. This is a real definition of having bigger hours.

this lady that greets people doesnt care about the customers at all. they wont open an account for you hnless you book an appointment tell you it takes an hour but have an appointment 30 minutes behind you.this lady that was scheduling appointments was working with me to schedule and appointment told she doesnt have any availabilty but stop talking to me helped the lady behind me scheduled her an appointment same day couple hours from the current time.

UPDATE: They have fixed the ATMs. They have reached out to apologize for the inconvenience and that really goes a long way. Very pleased with this update.Why the ATMs at this location are never working anymore I have no idea. It’s been months and each time I go they’re down. Not a convenient place to bank with.

It would be better if the branch had more flexible business hours. The tellers have been rude to me on more than one occasion but not all are rude.

Absolutely horrible customer service. First of all, you can never speak to a real person if you call the number. Went to the Temple branch to get verification of a check written on a Chase account. Well they wouldn’t even verify if the account was real or fake. How hard is that?

Staff is helpful and efficient. Set up a trust account in 15 minutes and had it available in less than 24 hours while three other institutions required more than an hour and a half, with difficulty scheduling and/or requiring three 45 minute waits on the phone to get it correct. Finally gave up on the others. Should have gone to Chase first. Love this bank!

I’m getting sick of always coming here and your drive up ATM machine is NEVER working! Every time I have to come inside and use the ATM machine, I always let someone know that the ATM machines are never working and their same response every time is that someone is coming to work on them later today. Also, you only have one teller for front and drive through with long lines. When you go to other branches they have several tellers up front along with several people for the outside drive up. Also, their ATM machines work at their location. I don’t understand why you don’t have enough workers and why your ATM machines never work? I will be calling corporate and letting them know about this location because this is ridiculous especially in a busy area with plenty of people coming to this Banks location. Everyone that has issues with this location needs to call corporate and let them know!
