This store is no good bought a Kendra Scott bracelet have every receipt everything you need and they can't help cause it broke 31 days after being bought told me to contact Kendra Scott store did that and they said I wished Dillard's would stop directing third party buyers there way so now we have a broken bracelet won't be buying from thee any more

Today I was looking for an item for my husband as it is his birthday, and I ended up at Dillards not part of my plans, but that’s where I ended up at either way I picked up one item and went into the cologne section. There was a worker who asked how may I help you and I was like well today’s my husband‘s birthday and I am looking for a cologne and he doesn’t really wear cologne so I don’t know what to buy. She suggested what do I think he likes? Maybe we can try something from Dior. She said you know I’ll give you a sample of it so that way if he doesn’t like it, he doesn’t have to open it and he can just return it and exchange and do whatever he wants with it. She was pro professional, and got a great sale. Fantastic service.

There was a red head ginger girl working in the mens section who blatantly ignored us when we were trying to check out and walked away. She was wearing clashing patterned black pants and a light colored top. She REFUSED to make eye contact and left us standing there until another girl helped us, where she acted like we were not even there and talked about us in front of the other coworker. I felt very looked down upon. Upon leaving, she was talking VERY loudly about how she does not like her job and how she “could NEVER see how people make a career in retail”. It just seemed very out of touch, because she was surrounded by customers. Talking about hating your job in front of everyone is very, VERY unprofessional, especially around customers, and made me feel uncomfortable. Blatantly yelling about it was so weird. I think this Dillards needs to reassess some of their staff.

In the nation, this is the best Dillard’s. Today, Ilana helped my husband select the perfect wedding ensemble. If it was not for her, we would have been lost. I am not a clothes person, and Ilana stepped in. We could not be happier! Thank you!

Looking for mens colgne earlier the staff lady working it was very polite are helpful i had questions about some types of colgne she said she doesnt work in that area i understand that ask me to come back i asked if she would call someone else for me for help on a product but she wouldnt so i just left with out buying anything onthers in the past have very nice friendly and helpful little disappointed this time ??
